General Information
Welcome to the CS2 Agent Patch Positions guide that shows and describes the patch positions for each and every agent. The positions of applied patches are agent-specific. In other words, not all agents have the same patch positions. So, this guide is a useful resource to show you all the different patch positions for the 63 different agents.

In Steam Inventory and website listings, the patches on an agent are typically symbolized by a row of icons.





This guide refers to the patch position for each agent in order from left to right, referenced as Position #1 to #3.





The patch position #s and screenshots will allow you to know the position of patches on agents when you see listings in Steam or other websites. *Exception: The only exception to the patch order is when viewing the in-game Inventory in CS2, where the order is reversed (positions #1 and #3 are swapped in the in-game inventory).

In this guide, all screenshots use the Bayonet Frog patch to illustrate the patch position. Also, the 63 CS2 agents are grouped by their military units for ease of use.


***Warning - Agent Inspection Bug: Currently, there is a Valve CS2 bug that sometimes shows patches in the wrong positions when inspecting agents that have less than 3 patches. At the moment, the only way to accurately inspect agents’ patch positions is (a) if the agent has 3 patches or (b) if you click Inspect or Remove Patch on an agent in the CS2 in-game Inventory screen. We will update this note when the bug is fixed.

Currently there is a bug in CS2 where this is the only agent with 4 patches shown even though three patches are applied. If a patch is on Position 3 (waist pack), then a miniature image of the waist pack and patch also shows on the upper right arm.

Warning: Be careful when removing patches from Jungle Rebel, because the patch icon that you click for removal does not match the patch that is shown on the agent on the screen. The patch that will be removed is the patch icon that you click.
In the example, below, if you click Remove Patch then you will delete the Bayonet Frog not the Mad Sushi patch!

The agent that I equipped in the main background (T) is the agent that it shows their patches in game but the other agent is not (Ct) .. why?

@blasto : Valve messed up inspect links with the new sticker update. All 1x Patched Agents dont show accurate positions. Its a 1/3 Chance that it is correct.
