For everything else:

-you can always ask the community on forums, and someone may be there to help you.
Quests Spoilers
How to solve the Diogenes side quest?
One way is to avoid slaying the werewolf from another NPC side quest, and then go talk to the priest again. He will tell you the answer, there are hints for that in the notes of one of the houses. If you have slain the werewolf, you can talk to Svetovid's earthly form to get the answer. You can find him on the location pointed on screenshot.

How to solve the necromancer quest on the Dead Island?
Once you are in the tower in his room, you have to correctly state your name and then deny his attempt to control you. There are tips in notes about this on the way to the island. If you don't know your character's name, you can see it in the game logs or in the stats area of the inventory.

I am looking for help to fight Triglav in the underworld.
Every time you die against him, you will receive a 30% bonus critical chance against him and a selection of characters stronger than the default ones.
On top of that, make sure to ask Veles for help while you are dead, and he will aid you with skeletons to help you.
Another tip is to notice how the boss's moves are telegraphed by background music; his dark ranged attack is always followed by a chorus in the background melody.

How to win against Baba Jaga sisters in a fight in their house?
Their house has 16 walls, all you have to do is hit one of them until she is on the opposite side of the room while the house wall is behind them. Hitting her like that will break 2 walls. Repeating this 8 times will break all 16 walls. You can always prepare and use a Manaward potion, which will give you immunity to their damage for 60 seconds. Here is a video showcasing how to fight them: https://youtu.be/qPji7PwEWiU

How to solve the first Path of Not Doing quest?
Let your reflection hit you until you are about to die; you won't die from your reflection in this quest, and it will be solved. You can press 'S' on the keyboard to order your character not to attack back.

Do I really need to give everything to Diogenes?
There is always a dark path to follow; you can skip this questline. If you want to continue with this path, you have to give equipment of equal value to what you had when you took the quest. You don't have to donate items from your chests; if Diogenes is not happy, he probably caught you trying to cheat. You won't be rewarded materially at the end of the quest, but the more you donated, the more god's favors you will receive.

I need help with how to solve starting characters' side quests.
For Jan and Jovan, you can find leads in the slave mine east from Grad.
For Jana, you can find leads in bandit camps; one is located north from Bara.
Demigod spoilers
How to slay Vatra the Eternal?
He has 100 lives, so one way to banish him for good is to slay him 100 times. A more convenient way would be by finding the Vatra Slayer sword and killing him with that sword. You can find that sword in the tower surrounded by demons, to the southwest.

How to slay Talason?
He is immortal on his hill. In the library to the west, you can find info about him leaving his hill every sixth day of the week. He will roam following the roads on that day, so you can intercept him to slay him for good.
Game Ending Spoilers
How to progress to A+ from Nav (game ending 2)?
You can do that by:
-Dying 7 times without killing anyone
-Drinking 50 beers
-Spending 1 hour there
Finishing one of the mentioned should give you the chance to leave the place.

How to progress to A+ from Eternal Sleep (game ending 3)?
Go to the mountain where you first talked with One-God and start the conversation. He should offer you to start over everything again.

Is there an A++ run?
You can restart the game on an A+ run, and you will get to keep your levels, but the difficulty will stay the same (A+).

Can I end the game in a way that allows me to return to Earth and keep my character?
Yes, in order to do so, finish 3 philosopher queries and then defeat the old Gods in the labyrinth without exiting it.
Other Questions
How do I remove fog from the world map?
It will be removed as you progress with the main quest.

How to remove negative talents or traits?
There are doctors in the world who can heal injuries. One is Nevreme, and the second is at the End of Month festival. You can also use God's favors on God's stones to remove them.

I have too much gold. Where to spend it?
You can spend it by trading, gambling, upgrading weapons and houses, curing injuries, and paying mercenaries. With the main quest, skill trainers will get unlocked, and they can train your weapon mastery for gold. You can exchange gold for experience by donating it to an NPC in Bara. You can find unique traders dealing in rare items in places such as the end-of-the-month festival.

In case I get stuck in the open world by any chance, is there a command to unstack me?
Yes, Ctrl + F7 will teleport you to the desert area as long as you are in the open world.

Veles transformed me into an animal permanently. Is there a way to exit this form?
It's a Veles joke; you have to die. While in permanent animal form, there are some special interactions. For example, you can go and talk with the sleeping hedgehog, the guardian of the forest. However, he will also advise you to go back to the underworld. Once you are back from the underworld, you will get the side quest to loot the animal body for that animal necklace, allowing you to transform into it and back at your will.

How to get more dark experience?
You gain dark experience by:
-Slaying humans (even bandits)
-Slaying non-aggressive beasts and animals (e.g., boar or stone golem)
-Gambling
-Stealing
-Finishing side quests in an evil manner when there is such an option
-You can increase dark experience with dark virtues.
-Some game choices can significantly move your soul toward darkness.
Deciding to kill the guide dog as a part of the horde siege will allow you to loot the dog. Looting the dog will get you a broken heart, which will transform 30% of all your experience to dark.
As mentioned you can also make dark potions, e.g., human heart and god's blood.
You can find a lot of human hearts in the Hannibal camp to the southwest.

In the mines, players can find clues about two side quests from the starting characters, Jan and Jovan. Other than that, they are not important to the story.

@khomenkonikolay - I havent had a quest with the Slave mines in 4 playthroughs. The Blacksmith is an essential part of the endgame quests

What about the silent Blacksmith to the east? In that a quest?
