General Info
To pick up a collectible, you want to mouse over it and use the interact button.

Warning: I've heard that if you destroy the floor under a collectible would cause it to despawn, so make sure you pick up the collectibles before doing anything else.

Warning: If a collectible does not appear in the map. Scrap the ship and buy a new one.

Collectibles you already picked up can be seen at any time somewhere in the hut. Locations listed in the checklist below.

Collectibles will spawn in ships, even after you collected them.

1. MadSea
Go up the ladder, and you should see it in front of you.
2. Green-Rex

Should be at the highest point of the ship, right next to the 3-legged thing.

3. Caroline

To find the doll, you need to get into this room. It's the one across the room with electric sparks

You'll find it on top of the furniture
4. Snopkovich

Go to the bridge of the ship, or where it used to be.

You should find it next to the captain's chair
5. Slippery Herring

To find this one, you'll need to use the rope to get up there.

The collectible will be found behind some file cabinets
6. Chilling Turtle

Find your way into the room with lots of tables and chairs

You'll find the collectible on top of a table right next to the windows
7. Maroon Lagoon

You want to head inside the ship, roughly to the area where the propeller would connect to the engine.

Conviniently, there's a straight path from behind, just go into the door.

Walk past the engine, you'll find the collectible on top of a pile of boxes right next to the wall.
8. Mariner

Go into this hall.

You'll find the collectible right next to the gas valve.
9. Tunacolada

You can find it roughly on this area.

To access it, you need to get onto the front of the ship and access via this door.

You should be able to find the collectible on top of the sofa to the left
10. Heavy Mermaid

This one is pretty straightforward, climb the ladder and go to the front of the ship.

You should find the collectible lying on the floor.
11. AOG-Gosiabelle

This one can be tricky getting into, luckily the path is clear.

Behind the stairs, there's a missing wall. Go through the missing wall and you'll see 2 machines.

You should find the collectible in front of the machines, on top of some kerosene tanks.
12. MultiWojti

For this one, you'll have to blow up one door (or bonk the corners of the outer and inner frame of the door if you don't want to use explosives)

Find your way to the blue container seen on the top left of the screenshot. Next to the green marker.

Next to the container, you'll find a wooden door, just bonk it and go in.

After you enter, you should see an iron door, blow it up or dismantle it.

You'll find the collectible on some furniture next to the door you took care of.
13. Aramano Adrianii
This ship is huge, luckily the path is straight forward. You need to tear down one iron door (explosives or bonking the inner and outer frames should do the trick)

You want to get to the highest room.

To get there, first climb the ladder and move to your right, you should see some electrified walls, and an entrance you can access. Go in and turn right.

You should see a set of stairs in the middle of the hallway, go up.

Once you climb that set, turn around and you'll see there's another set of stairs, go up.

And up again.

And again.

This time, instead of going up, you'll want to tear down the door seen here.

You'll find the collectible right next to the bed.
Warships DLC
The Warships DLC adds 3 ships, each of which contains 1 collectible item. Refer to the Checklist at the top for details to see which one you may be missing.
Warships: 1. Chevy
For this one you need to either blow up a door, or bonk the corners of the inner and outer frames to access the room with the collectible.

Climb the ship and go to the right until you see missing floor panels.

Into the hallway you will see an iron door. Blast it or dismantle it however you see fit.

Inside the room, pick up all the items in the floor. The collectible should be behind the items, in the corner of the room opposite from the entrance.
Warships: 2. Wicher

To access the collectible, enter through this door.

Look to the right to find some stairs.

The collectible will be uncovered once you pick up the items UNDER the stairs.
Warships: 3. Fuso
Don't let the size of this ship scare you from finding the collectible...

Climb the ladder, and hugging the right side, head to the back of the ship.

You'll find the collectible lying on the deck.
Steel Giants DLC
The Steel Giants DLC adds 4 ships, each of which contains 1 collectible item. Refer to the Checklist at the top for details to see which one you may be missing.
Steel Giants: 1. Gas Goober
The collectible of this ship can be accessed without tearing down the ship.

Head up using this ladder

Use your rope while aiming at this panel.

When you land, look around and you'll find the collectible.
Steel Giants: 2. Humbak
This collectible does not require tearing down the ship.

Go up this ladder.

Then across the deck, go to the right when you reach the other end.

Ready your rope and aim for this panel.

When you land, look for a door and a pathway blocked by steam. Go through the door and to the left, avoiding the steam.

The Collectible can be found on top of an oven in this room.
Steel Giants: 3. Big Chung
The collectible in this ship does not require tearing down the ship.

Go up this ladder.

When you reach the top, you should find the collectible on top of a table nearby.
Steel Giants: 4. Pobeda
For this collectible, you will need to tear down a couple of iron doors.

Go up this ladder.

When you reach the top, turn left and go through this hallway.

When you reach the other end, go to the left

Keep walking until you see these 2 doors, tear down the one marked here.

This should reveal a hallway with some more iron doors, tear down the one marked here

This reveals a room with some more doors, tear down the one marked here.

As you enter the room, turn right and walk until there's no more racks, you'll find the collectible on the floor.
Submarines DLC
The Submarines DLC adds 3 subs, each of which contains 1 collectible item. Refer to the checklist at the top for details to see which one you may be missing.
Submarines: 1. I-400
This collectible is pretty straight-forward to get. You will need the saw to remove 2 connectors.

To start, get up here.

Next, use your saw to remove these 2 connectors.

Once you remove them, call the crane to remove the door-thing.
Once it's been picked up you should see the collectible ready for take-off

Submarines: 2. Kursk
This one is straight forward, you will need a torch and maybe an explosive or a hammer to remove a wall.

First, get to the top of the sub, around here.

Next, use your torch to remove the hatch.

Go in, and down the ladder.
Remove the wall behind the ladder by either using explosives or by using your hammer.

You should find the collectible under a table behind the wall you just removed.
Submarines: 3. OhioClass
This one may be a pain... specially if you don't like moving around radioactive objects.

You don't need any tools to get the collectible, tho it may be recommended you remove the nuclear missiles from the silos near the collectible.

Start off by going into this hole, don't go too deep, just inside the sub.

Turn right, you should be able to see the next compartment being accessible through a bit of a missing wall.

Hug the wall and go into the next compartment until you get your first dose of lethal radiation.
Look to the left, you should be able to see the entry to a hallway

Go through the gate, radiation is prolly causing your eyes to burst or something... for gameplay reasons.

If you squint your eyes you may be able to see the collectible lying on the ground, ready for lift-off.

If you die before managing to pick it up, I suggest you climb and attempt to remove the first 2 nuclear missiles before attempting again.
Thanks
I hope you found this guide helpful.

...kinda strange that even after spending ~$80,000 of in-game money to fully upgrade my house and buy all the furniture/decorations, every single window in the house is still either "a small metal shutter by the front door" or "broken glass panels"...

I really don't like how prevalent the nuclear radiation mechanic has been in all the DLCs, since it just delays any full exploration of the ship until you:

1, locate the general areas of radiation;
2, use your own body to test out where the radiation is the highest so that you know where to clear a path;
3, use your hammer/explosives to clear a vertical path for the crane (or, in the submarines, figure out how to dislodge the top hull so that the crane can access your new vertical path).

At least with the gas and electricity hazards, I can still walk around the ship, gather debris, and look around at everything without a headache-inducing filter.

One thing to note about Humbak: Since the collectible (a pizza plate) is so small/thin, it is prone to glitch through items. I loaded the ship several times and every time it was either under the oven or even in the room below the location shown here. Most of the time it also flipped upside down, so it looked like any other plate.
