Logan's Loophole
Equipment
Clothing

If we base your appearance on Tegridy Farms Randy (S22-26) you should wear the 'Field hand outfit'[fallout.fandom.com] for vanilla or 'Daniel's outfit'[fallout.fandom.com] if you own Honest Hearts, as well as the 'rawhide cowboy hat'[fallout.fandom.com] as they most closely resemble Randy's 'Tegridy Farms' getup

If you'd rather look like the earlier series Randy then the 'Powder Gang soldier outfit'[fallout.fandom.com] is the best vanilla lookalike to Randy's old outfit.

In other scenarios you could also wear the 'Scientist outfit'[fallout.fandom.com] or the 'Handyman jumpsuit'[fallout.fandom.com], which most closely resembles his outfit in 'Die, Hippy, Die'

Weapons
Randy is generally pretty violent throughout the series, however he is often seen fighting with his fists rather than with weapons but there are a couple of examples

He could use the 'Cleaver', such as the one he uses to cut off "Future Stan's hand" in 'My Future Self n' Me'[southpark.fandom.com]
He could also use the 'Hunting shotgun'[fallout.fandom.com] as it very closely resembles the shotgun he uses in 'Night of the Living Homeless'[southpark.fandom.com]. He is also shown using a pistol on a couple of occasions, usually a glock, which doesn't really have a visual equivalent in New Vegas, but on one occasion he is seen using what looks like an M1911, meaning he could use the '.45 auto pistol' or the '9mm pistol' as they both share a fairly similar appearance. Finally, he, on one occasion, uses a sword, with the closest in-game equivalent being the 'Machete gladius' or 'Broad machete'
Relations
Factions

Great Khans
Being a man who ran a weed farm for several years (and a coke farm for a little while), he would be more than happy to partner with the notorious chem makers and trafficers known as the Great Khans

Boomers
Randy is 100% the kind of man to fall in love with the mindset and way-of-life of the Boomers of Nellis. He would fit right in.

Fiends
I'm sure there's a context where this makes sense. After an unhinged binge and spiral

The Think Tank
Being a man of science, he would think himself an equal in intelligence to the minds of the think tank, while also playing into their delusions, perhaps finding himself lost in the theatrics of their endless torturous life

Caesars Legion
Despite Randy's generally liberal leanings throughout his tenure, he has been known to go off the deep end on various occasions, such as when helping Cartman to bring back the confederacy. It is for that reason that I think, if he were drunk enough, he would absolutely find himself in a very supportive position in the Legion (at least until they win at Hoover Dam and he has to live in their world without chems or alcohol)

NCR
Despite being generally anti-bureaucracy, Randy IS a believer in the justice and legal system, and, as seen in 'Douche and Turd', he is an avid supporter of democracy, no matter how pointless it may seem

Companions

Randy is the kind of man to get along with everyone, I however don't think he'd be capable of recruiting Boone as he isn't a very good detective

on the charisma stat: hes also secretly lorde. but on the intelligence. hes a geologist. thats a type of scientist. Id kill off some strength because hes failed more fights than won. but most importantly, RANDY IS NOT A MAIN CHARACTER. DEFINITELY NOT STAN, ERIC, KYLE OR KENNY THE ACTUAL 4 MAIN CHARACTERS. do you even watch the show, bro?
