Before we start.
if you want even better tanks after all those things in the guide. You should learn "General Trait Grinding." I'm planning to do a guide for it soon.

1938 Medium Final tank

if you want to go with faster tanks. you can do 17 14 instead of 17 17 on engine and armor

basically select your convert design and do the changes on it like this:

by depending on your research status you can do 14 14 or 17 17 on the engine and armor level

your tanks will still hit like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bomb

1938 Flame Tank

It is pretty much the same with the other design, the only thing we change is the main gun and the type of the tank i pointed out.The reason why i dont change the design is not to spend anymore exp. but DONT FORGET TO KEEP YOUR SPEED SAME WITH YOUR MAIN TANK

You can reduce the engine till it hits 6.6kmh so the max speed is the same with the other tanks in the division.

The reason we do petrol electric engine is that so we can get that extra JUICY %15 breakthrough

1938 Anti-air Tank

Edit I wasnt going to add this, but as all you know we sometimes do no air play-throughs so here it is.

Also you need 1939 Anti-air tech for the improved anti-air gun in the tank.

The Only Holy Doctrine
If you are playing Tank destroyer you should go left and right on the doctrine




IF YOU ARE PLAYING SOVIET UNION.

DO IT.

GET MOBILE WARFARE

The reason we do left and right on medium TD's is because tank destroyers doesnt count as tanks. They count as "tank variants" which means it doesnt get much bonuses on the right.
Combat Width's

Since our Combat width's changed (again)

Basically anything 36 width fits any terrain with best output at the end.
The Holy Templates
IN THE TEMPLATE SCREENSHOTS THERE IS NO DESIGN NOR ANY DOCTRINE. IT IS THE REASON WHY THE STATS ARE LOW.

You can start with Motorized instead of Mechanized. Start transforming it as you get more mechanized in your stockpile

I was actually going to put 5 different templates but i decided that only one of them was the best one so i said "♥♥♥♥ it."

How to Mass-Produce our Holy Tanks
With the help of Something Called "CONVERTION"


Before i get into the production part we gotta know something.

This part is only for the players who have the new DLC "Arms Against Tyraany"
It's not necessary for the whole build but it will greatly enhance the tanks and the production.


Military Industrial Organisations

Nearly All Major and minor countries have what we "EXACTLY" need.

"THIS MIO IS ONLY GOOD IF YOU WANT MORE BREAKTROUGH AND AVERAGE PRODUCTION. IF YOU WANT TO PRODUCE SHT-TON OF TANKS GO WITH REFURBISTMENT PLANT ON SOVIETS AND DAIMLERBENZ ON GERMANY."

Medium Tank designer MIO


With the help of this little baby we can get up to %17 more breakthrough (DONT FORGET, IT GOTTA BE MEDIUM TANK DESIGNER.)

Here is the path you should take for maximum efficiency:

The ones that in the red squares are the ones that give %5 breakthrough.



When your Organisation hits level 6. Select this for %2 defense and breakthrough.




Time for the PRODUCTION


Remember that Convertion tank we made ?

As soon as we research the 1938 tank we are going to put all of our factories into producing it.


When you are done with the tank you can put the MIO from that slot i showed you on the left
















Also when you start your production. Click this little place that i encircled to add your Organisation, so your organisation get bigger and you get more efficiency.

Dont forget to take "MEDIUM TANK DESIGNER"

Converting

after you have around 5 6k tanks and researched all the things we need for the MAIN TANK

Select the tank we made and redesign it the way i showed. After you are done,it should look like this.


Now our last tank at the production should be outdated. We click on the " convert tank" and put our new design now.


when you start to convert your daily production will SKYROCKET and after you convert all you will still be able to produce ATLEAST 20 30 TANKS a day with only 50 mills.

NOW WE COMBINE ALL THAT AND PRODUCE AROUND 2K BREAKTHROUGH.
WHILE HAVING A SH*T-TON OF TANK DIVISIONS.


if you make your macro good you will end up with around 20 40wd tanks really earlier in game
Why Reliability is A SCAM
  • Reliability DOESN'T AFFECT your combat.

  • The amount of loses you get after going down more than %75 rel is pretty much the same.

  • With the amount of production we do its POINTLESS to have high reliability in exchange of
  • lower stats.



The amount we lose is THE MOST OPTIMIZED when we calculate how much we have made and the stats we have got.

ONLY LIGHT TANKS suffer the most out of the reliability debuff making around 2 3k loses on whole 50wd light tank divisions. But we only use it as a support light tank recon company which makes it pointless.

Yeah, you can use modern tanks but why care? Also there is no space for logistic company. If you were to change anything with logistics on some competetive multiplayer it would be a problem.

if you grinded your generals. this should still work on really late game. ive seen it de-org and push 50 60 divisions only using 2 tank divisions.

You don't understand, the "conversion" mechanic is an exploit for a game like hoi4 because the production of tanks increases by 10-20 times. Therefore these losses do not matter. Infantry is already nerfed in this game and is not needed at all.

you should check the rest of the reliability test video, reliability doesn't matter for light tank recon but for the tanks used in divisions it matters a ton.

95-100% 250 lost
85% 1080 lost
75% 1670 lost
~65% ~2600 lost (wasn't tested)
50% 3670 lost
