Motion capture. :D (There's a few different ways, my method is the IPIsoftware with kinects. Had to make some finishing adjustments in SFM when it comes to my method, but get's the job done.)
Plus, I converted free mo-cap files with blender online.

nice fight brodda, liked, but man, how did you make the movements so realistic? Did you used a that suits that animators use to animate the character by just moving in real life or did you really have a talent to make realistic movements?
