First Blood
Kill an enemy for the first time

Okay, so this one is super difficult, but if you try really hard, you just might get it.
First, start the game.
Second, point your mouse at an enemy.
Then start shooting at it.

With a little luck, you just might get this one!
Die
Die for the first time

I wouldn't expect anyone to be a pro at this game the first time they play it.
You likely have already gotten this by the time you're reading this.
Don't Get Hit 10 Levels In A Row
Don't get hit 10 levels in a row

It's pretty self-explanatory what you have to do here.
Each level is just each little section of platforms with spawning enemies, and 10 of those goes by quicker than you'll realize.
Some tips for not getting hit:

1. Using Dasha can help you evade projectiles quick by dashing out of the way, but Shlomo can slow down time giving you more time to react. Whichever character you pick, use their special move.
2. It can be easy to forget that you can warp in this game. If you have to fall down a pit, fall down the pit. You're fine if you know where you're landing. You can also warp around to the other side of the screen, if you didn't know.
3. Some enemies shoot projectiles at you. Blue projectiles can be shot at, and you can make them disappear. But beware, because purple ones cannot be shot at!
4. Try to always kill the closest enemy to you at all times. Typically, they're your biggest threat and will hit you first.
Kill A Boss
Kill a boss for the first time

You'll have to fight the wizard guy to get this one, as mini-bosses do not count.
He does not have a melee but he does move towards you, and he shoots those darn purple projectiles that you can't shoot.
Luckily, they don't follow you, and are easy to jump over/walk away from. You can warp if you have to.
Once you get him at half health, he has a new attack where he throws a ball of blue projectiles at you.
You can decide to shoot through them if you want, they're not very hard to jump over.

Once you get his pattern down, he's a really easy boss and you'll beat him in no time.
Max Karma
Get 4 Positive Karma

Unfortunately, we are not talking about Reddit Karma in this guide.

If you've been following along, you've noticed the Juice Guy by now.
You get +1 karma for every time you interact with him without killing him.
You get -1 karma for killing him.
Just interact with him 4 times (which happens before the first boss) and don't kill him on any of those occasions.
Karma also sometimes drops from killing enemies and bosses, so you may even get the achievement before finding Juice Guy a 4th time.
Don't Warp 10 Levels In A Row
Don't warp 10 levels in a row

Remember earlier when you had to not get hit 10 levels in a row?
Do that again, but this time you're allowed to get hit. You just can't warp.
Make an effort to not fall down into pits and you're good. It may be easier or harder depending what levels the game gives you, since they are randomized and unpredictable.
Using Dasha should make it easy to dash across large gaps if necessary.

This challenge is really easy when you use H. Copter, but you'll have to get some more achievements in order to unlock him, so you can come back to this one if you have to.
Boss Kills You
Get killed by a boss

I can't imagine you'd have to really try to get this one since some bosses can be hard, but if you're that good at the game, you can just stand in place and let it happen, I suppose.
No Hit Boss
Beat a boss without getting hit

If you're been following along, you'll remember my advice on the previous achievement in which you had to pass 10 levels in a row without getting hit once.
You should also remember how to beat the first boss of the game.
The Wizard boss is indeed the easiest one to do this achievement with, he's really a joke once you learn his pattern and there's nothing tough about him at all, so it should be pretty easy to do this one by now.
Take 4 Gun Upgrades In A Run
Take 4 gun upgrades in the same run

This one is pretty simple.
So, Juice Guy gives you juices which are upgrades. Some upgrade your gun specifically.
Gun upgrades include:

Increased Bullet Damage
Increased Fire Rate
Increased Bullet Speed
Mirror Shoot
Triple Shoot
Bigger Bullets
Warping Bullets
Homing Bullets
Bullets Pierce Enemies
Bullets Drill Walls

Some of those you will need to get a certain amount of achievements to unlock.
I cannot remember any more, so I'm guessing those are it. Gun juices are typically red.

Just get 4 of those in one run, and you're good! Duplicates count.
Collect 10 Health Gems In A Run
Collect 10 health gems in the same run

This one is pretty easy and you'll probably get it on accident, but here's some tips anyway in case it's getting difficult.

1. Shooting Juice Guy will always give you at least 1 health gem. Killing Juice Guy will help with other achievements, so there is nothing wrong with using this to squeeze some more health out.
2. Bosses and minibosses almost always drop health gems when defeated, so make sure to defeat some bosses.
3. There is a juice called "Increase Health Drops Chance", not only is it really helpful for the game in general but it will help you get this achievement and will likely help you get other achievements too.
Kill 50 Dark Enemies
Kill 50 dark enemies

This is a grinding achievement, and you will likely end up getting it in the process of hunting other achievements.
Dark enemies are entirely purple versions of normal enemies which are faster, have more health, and are more aggressive. They will shoot purple projectiles instead of blue ones.
This achievement is easier when you get the curse "Increase Dark Enemy Chance".
Just keep playing the game, and it'll happen. You can't force it.
Kill 1000 Enemies
Kill 1000 enemies

Same as what I said for the previous achievement, this is a grinding achievement and you will most likely have it by the time you're through getting every achievement since it kinda just happens over time and 1,000 really isn't a lot for a video game.
Finish A Run
Finish A Run with any character

If you've been following along and getting every achievement so far, chances are that you've played the game enough to start getting the hang of it!
You've started to figure out which juices help you the most, what to do with NPCs, and depending how far you've gotten, likely some boss patterns as well!

But here's a few tips:

1. In levels, the game will show you exactly where enemies will spawn and if they're dark enemies or not. Use this to your advantage and make sure you're standing somewhere where you have space!
2. Don't trust the scientist. Just don't. Unless he offers you something really good and the negative effect is small, don't take his juice. You really won't need it, I promise.
3. Don't always trade with the trader lady. Unless you were forced to pick a lame juice due to not having good options, it's not really worth it to trade with her when you have no clue what she's giving you in return.
4. If the curses at any point are getting overwhelming, you may be offered a "Lift 2 Curses" juice. I'd recommend only getting it if the curses are making it hard for you to survive, or if there's simply no better juice available, but if you can manage without lifting the curses, I'd say don't get it. It won't help with boss fights at all since curses don't affect bosses.
5. Some really good juices to get are Triple Shoot, Mirror Shoot, and Homing Bullets. They work best combined, but are fine on their own. Besides Homing Bullets. Homing Bullets is really only good when you have the others. Some of those you may need to get other achievements to unlock, but you should still remember them for future playthroughs after you do get them.
6. Upgrade your health and bullet damage as much as you can. One curse you can get is "Enemy Health Increase", but if you increase your bullet damage enough, that'll cancel out and not matter, however, curses do not affect bosses, so you will get through them a lot faster with increased bullet damage. It's also important to stay alive, so any upgrade that increases your max health is important, too.

For specific areas:

Area 1:
Just run through it. It has really easy enemies, and it being so early in the game, you won't have as many curses now as you will later. If you remember how to kill the Wizard boss, you probably know exactly what to do and you can blaze through this in no time.

Area 2:
This one may be a little trickier. It introduces this new enemy that swings a rock around and shoots blue projectiles in every direction. Try to get those guys from afar since being close to them is your biggest weakness. The boss in this area isn't super hard but he'll put up a good fight the first few times you face him. He spits purple projectiles and charges at you sometimes. Once you get him at half health, he starts going up to the top of screen. He's pretty easy up there, but when he gets in a straight line and follows you, DO NOT STOP MOVING. He will charge down at you, so you best keep moving to see when he stops. He stands still for a moment after crashing down, letting you get some good shots in.

Area 3:
This one will be a little harder since it has the wizard guys in it who can send out homing projectiles. Take care of them quickly, and they won't be such a big threat. What you really have to be ready for is The King. You have to shoot up at his face and hands to damage him, and he has a lot of health. He does send large homing projectiles at you, so I would recommend warping to the other side of the screen when they get close to you. Some may turn back around and follow you, but by that point, they're low enough to jump over. Remember those juices I told you about earlier, because they will come in handy. I once beat The King in less than a minute because I had the following juices:

Triple Shoot
Mirror Shoot
Homing Bullets
Faster Bullets
and multiple Increased Bullet Damage upgrades

He had no idea what was coming, and he still won't once you hit 'em with it.
Once you get this achievement, the rest come so easy.
Best of luck!
Bad Karma
Get 4 Negative Karma

I actually found that this one took a little effort to make it happen.
Not only do you have to kill Juice Guy 4 times, but you also have to watch out and deliberately avoid karma gems when dropped. This game will give you karma, whether you deserve it or not.
Just watch out for that.
Stomp On 20 Enemies
Stomp on 20 enemies using the stomp juice

If you get the stomp juice, you can jump on enemies and actually damage them, as if you were Super Mario. This is a grinding achievement, so you can get this over time and you don't have to do it all in one run, but 20 isn't a lot, so you can if you want to.
Finish A Run Without Killing Juice Guy
Finish a run without killing juice guy

Man, I sure love good karma!
I think it's pretty telling that there's a higher percentage of people who beat the game vs. people who did it without killing him. And all he wanted to do was give you some good juice :<
Dasha Win
Finish a run with Dasha

Have you finished a run?
Good! There's a pretty good chance you already have this.
If not, do it using Dasha this time! Her dashing ability can be very helpful.
Kill 10 Bosses
Kill 10 bosses

Grinding achievement, happens over time, you'll probably fail for first few attempts at beating the game as I did, which will help, yeah, you get it.
Shlomo Win
Finish a run with Shlomo

Have you finished a run?
Good! There's a pretty good chance you already have this.
If not, do it using Shlomo this time! His slow-motion ability can be very helpful.
Complete An Area In 3 Minutes
Complete any area in 3 minutes or less

Pretty easy, I got it on accident.
There really isn't much to it, as you learn the game and get good at it, you'll naturally be able to beat it quicker.
There's no trick to it, no optimized path, just practice and don't take your time.
Kill Juice Guy 7 Times In A Run
Kill Juice Guy 7 times in the same run

Just finish a run and kill Juice Guy every time you see him until you get the achievement.
After that, you can keep killing him, or stop killing him, I don't care, he's already gonna be in a lot of pain by that point regardless of what you do next. You monster.
Kill Juice Guy 30 Times
Kill Juice Guy 30 times

Do you know what a grinding achievement is?
Surtun Win
Finish a run with Surtun

If you've been following along and have all these achievements so far, you've probably unlocked Surtun. You know what to do from here.
His ability to push enemies back is really cool.
H. Copter Win
Finish a run with H. Copter

Yeah, you've probably unlocked him too by now. You know what to do.
His helicopter spinning ability is pretty cool.
Prototype0 Win
Finish a run with Prototype0

You must have every previous achievement to unlock Prototype0.
Once you have him, you know what to do.
His electrify ability is pretty helpful sometimes.
BINGO
Congratulations!

You got every achievement! Great job!
