Rusty Rebel Redux (Playermodel + NPC)

A sort of redux of the Rusty Rebel model, the older one before V92 made his extensive changes to it which i wasnt a fan of, including not offering the original textures as a seperate skin, refract eyes, using the wrong beanie on the UV etc, i originally wanted to do this a few months ago but canned the idea due to disinterest and chose to get rid of the files, boy what a mistake that was.

Due to the shutdown of Garrysmods org (which is what compelled me to do this), there is no way to get the original textures publically anymore outside of V92's post overhaul version as it was not archived anywhere else outside of dead links (thanks Garry!), and i dont know anyone who would even begin to have something like that still on their PC, so i went to remake it, however V92 also changed the textures slightly from the original, so i had to edit them and recreate a few bits, like the hands, which were muddled in compression artifacts and discoloration beyond saving so i redid those in a somewhat faithful manner, the shirt color was desaturated and such, Rusty's facemap was also given some small touchup's, the model itself also was rebuilt with all sorts of stuff, like removing the model indent on the vest as it was made for the Metropolice vest and not Rusty's normal vest textures, basic normal map, full LoD models, custom C_hands, the works.
