・Crystal Cave

Defeat Seath the Scaleless
Defeat Seath the Scaleless, the inheritors of souls

You need to defeat Seath the Scaleless Dragon in the Crystal Cave. The first time you meet Seath in the Duke's Archives; you would die there in any case, after death you wake up imprisoned for Seath's researches. You need to find a way out. Once you've escaped you entering the Duke's Archives once more, there you could find a bonfire; near the shortcut on the right hand side. This is the exact place we need to find the Crystal Cave's of Seath. Head our way down the caves we could find the lonely crystal and then a short cutscene with Seath flying down to us. The most important thing is Seath's crystal that we need to destroy to make Seath attackable.

・The Abyss

Defeat the Four Kings
Defeat the Four Kings, inheritors of souls

To find this boss you need to make your way down to New Londo Ruins. There you need to cross the bridge to the ruins; where the ghosts will be waiting for you. To be able to make any harm to them, you need to be cursed[darksouls.wiki.fextralife.com] or have transient curses[darksouls.wiki.fextralife.com]. Your goal is to find Ingward; he's standing on the rooftop of the church. He'll give you Key to the Seal after acquiring the Lordvessel or by killing him. Now you need to drain out all the water from New Londo Ruin. After draining all water you can investigate new location down below; be careful there is a very powerful enemies 'Darkwraith Knights'. There you can find the boss fog which lead deep into the Abyss, to survive in the Abyss you must to kill the Great Grey Wolf Sif in the Darkroot Garden.

・Tomb of the Giants

Defeat Gravelord Nito
Defeat Soul Lord Gravelord Nito

After defeating Pinwheel in the Catacombs, you could enter to the Tomb of the Giants. There's very dark and many dangerous creatures hiding, so be careful. Finding your way down by sliding on the tombs you could find a bonfire. Not far a way from it there is a Patches, he would knock you the cliff. When you visit him again, he'll give you the skull lantern, which is very useful item in this area. After finding your way out of the darkness, you'll find another cave with Pinwheel's servants, in this area you will find the boss fog to the arena.

・Lost Izalith

Defeat Bed of Chaos
Defeat the Soul Lord Bed of Chaos

Bed of Chaos, previously known as Witch of Izalith, and one of gods who've taken the Great Soul is the final boss of the location the Lost Izalith. You could reach her boss fog by two ways.

1) If you serve to Fair Lady you could spend 30 humanity to unlock the shortcut to end of the Lost Izalith location.

2) On your way to the boss' chamber below Lost Izalith, you will meet few bosses. After defeating all of them, you'll reach the end of the location where the Sister of Chaos will be waiting for you near the boss fog. This boss is kind of easy. The only one thing you need to do is to destroy two fire shields on the left and right sides. After you've destroyed shields you need to kill the 'main body' beneath the wooden creature. Don't be afraid of the giant hole in front of it, there is a root in the hole that lead to the body. After few attacks, the boss is done.

Optional Bosses

・Anor Londo

Defeat the Dark Sun Gwyndolin
Defeat the Dark Sun Gwyndolin, The Darkmoon God

This optional boss can be found at Anor Londo, in the area where you are able to join the Blades of the Darkmoon covenant. All that needs to be done is to enter the boss fog instead of joining the covenant or you could kill Gwynevere, the Princess of Sunlight to get access to the boss fog.

・Painted World of Ariamis

Defeat Crossbreed Priscilla
Defeat Crossbreed Priscilla, the Lifehunter

This optional boss can be found at the end of the Painted World of Ariamis. To gain access to this area you need the strange doll that can be found if you return to the Northern Undead Asylum after leaving it the first time. Once you have obtained it you must head towards the large painting in the room with the high beams in Anor Londo, this will grant you access into the Painted World.

Covenants

・Way of White

Covenant: Way of White
Discover Way of White covenant

One of the easiest covenants to join, the quickest way to join is to talk to Petrus after arriving at Firelink Shrine. He will ask you to join the covenant, once he asks say ‘yes’ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

・Warrior of Sunlight

Covenant: Warrior of Sunlight
Discover Warrior of Sunlight covenant

To join this covenant you should pray at the broken altar near Hellkite Wyvern in the Undead Burg location. This covenant have 25 faith requirement to join, or you could help 4 people with the white soapstone. After you met, all requirements you should cross the bridge, which is guarded by Wyvern, on the other side you'll find bonfire and doorway on the right hand side to the broken altar. Once you have prayed you will be asked to join to the covenant. Select 'yes' and you will join.

・Forest Hunter

Covenant: Forest Hunter
Discover Forest Hunter covenant

To join this covenant, after you've bought the Crest from Andre of Astora you should go to the Darkroot Garden, go to the doorway on the left from Andre and you could skip or kill Titanite Demon. Lead your way towards to the illusory wall near the locked door, open the door using Crest. There you'll find NPCs, which are the covenant's member: be careful there are powerful enemies. Once you've killed them all go to the ruined building, on the left side in window you should find a cat named Alvina, talk to her and answer 'yes' to her quotes, to join covenant.

・Chaos Servant

Discover Chaos Servant covenant

To join the covenant, after you have killed the Chaos Witch Quelaag, head down the stairs, and there you'll find the illusory wall. There you will find a creature, you could kill it or speak to it, he will ask you question you should answer 'yes', then he will step aside. Once it moved talk to new NPC - Fair Lady and select option 'Enter Covenant'.

・Princess's Guard

Covenant: Princess's Guard

To join the covenant, after you have acquired the Lordvessel from Gwynevere, after this talk with her again and she will offer you the ability to join her covenant, select ‘yes’ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

・Gravelord Servant

To joint the covenant, you need to find a chamber in the Catacombs with a lot of coffins and Titanite Demon. There would be one coffin widely open, you need to lie in there around 15 seconds; After this Gravelord Nito will take you to his residence in the "Tomb of the Giants". Walk up to Gravelord Nito and pray to join his covenant.

・Blade of the Darkmoon

In order to join this covenant, you need to find the Darkmoon Seance Ring that could be found in the Catacombs. After this you need to lift up the rotating platform to the Anor Londo castle and head to the lower room with the statues. If you have the ring the statues in front of bonfire will disappear, head down to the boss fog and there you'll be able to kneel, do so, and you'll be asked to join to the covenant. Select 'yes' and you will be initiated into the Blade of the Darkmoon.

・Darkwraith

Covenant: Darkwraith
Discover Darkwraith covenant

This is missable covenant. To join this covenant you need to meet Kaathe in the Abyss. In order to meet him, once you've acquired the Lordvessel from Gwynevere, you should not place the Lordvessel via Frampt or you'll miss the option to meet Kaathe. Now you need to head down to New Londo Ruin to kill the Four Kings. After defeating the kings, Kaathe the Darkstalker will appear. He will ask you a question once you talk to them select ‘yes‘ and you will be initiated into the covenant.

・Path of the Dragon

Covenant: Path of the Dragon
Discover Path of the Dragon covenant

To join this covenant you need to find secret location "Ash Lakes". To find this location you need to go to the Blighttown. Head down to the lowest section of the Blighttown and find there would be a tree with a body inside of it. There is an illusory wall, there you should find treasure chest and another illusory wall behind of it. Now you enter The Great Hollow. After making you way down to the Ash Lakes, you need to go to the end of the area. In the cave you'll find the Everlasting Dragon pray to it and select 'yes' to enter the covenant.

Acquire all rare weapons

In order to acquire this achievement you must make every boss soul weapon in the game, with a few bosses having more than one unique boss soul weapon. Once these souls are collected you can have the Giant Blacksmith make your boss soul weapons. You must also acquire the weapons found after severing the tails of the Bridge Wyvern, Gaping Dragon, Seath the Scaleless, Priscilla, and the Everlasting Dragon. Other unique weapons that must be found are the weapons dropped by the silver knights, stone knights, and black knights. Certain NPC invaders will also drop weapons that you will need. You must also acquire the Giant’s Halberd, the crest shield, crescent axe, channeler’s trident and the demon’s spear

ㅤ∎ Weapons and Shields ascended from Boss Souls

This requires a certain type of regular weapon, upgraded to 10+, and the Soul of a defeated Boss. The Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo will ascend the weapon and soul for 5000 souls. Any properties, stats or movesets of the previous weapon will be replaced when forged into a Boss Soul weapon, so it is usually a good idea to use something cheap or easily obtained when creating them. Most Boss souls are used to create two different weapons, but the Soul of Sif is used for three, so a minimum of NG+2 will be needed to acquire all Boss Soul weapons.

You must ascend a +10 Katana and the Soul of Quelaag

Ascend a +10 shield or buckler, and the soul of The Moonlight Butterfly. Practically any shield can be used given that it's been upgraded to +10.

Ascend any +10 Bow, and the soul of Gwyndolin.

Ascend any +10 Cestus or Claw, and the core of the Iron Golem.

Ascend any +10 Spear or Rapier, and the soul of Ornstein.

Ascend any +10 Axe, and the core of the Iron Golem.

Ascend a +10 dagger, sword or greatsword, and the soul of Gwyn, The Lord of Cinder (can only be done on NG+).

Ascend a +10 shield or buckler and the soul of Sif, The Great Grey Wolf.

You must Ascend a +10 Dagger, Sword or Greatsword, with the soul of Sif, The Great Gray Wolf. Using these weapons for ascension will give you the cursed version of the Greatsword of Artorias. The name will not indicate any difference between the true and cursed variant, but the cursed version has a stat requirement of 18 for Faith and Intelligence.

You must ascend a +10 Broken sword, and the soul of Sif, The Great Gray Wolf. Basic Zombies or the Defiled in Blighttown will usually drop broken swords. The name will not indicate it is the true version of the greatsword, but it has higher stat requirements of 20 for faith and intelligence.

Ascend any +10 Halberd, Scythe or Whip, and the soul of Priscilla. Unlike other Boss Souls, Priscilla's soul only ascends one weapon.

Ascend any +10 Spear or Rapier, and the soul of the Moonlight Butterfly.

Ascend a +10 Curved Sword, and the soul of Quelaag. A scimatar is a good choice.

Ascend a +10 Hammer or Great Hammer and the soul of Smough.

Ascend any Catalyst and the soul of Gwyndolin, The Darkmoon God. Ascension of the original catalyst is not needed, as it cannot be done. The sorcerer's catalyst is the best choice for ascension.

Rare random drop from Channelers. Three respawning channelers can be found in The Duke's Archives.

Found in the Undead Asylum (revisited). Acquired as drop from the now hollow Oscar who first gave you the Estus Flask.

Acquired by killing Patches, or it can be purchased from him when he moves to Firelink Shrine.

Rare Random drop from the Bat Wing Demons in Anor Londo (whilst sunlit). Can also be purchased from Shiva of the East in Blighttown, if you are a member of the Forest Hunter's Covenant.

Rare random drop from the giant gold knights in Anor Londo (whilst sunlit). It can more easily be purchased from the Giant Blacksmith for 5000 souls.

Acquired by killing NPC invader Paladin Leeroy. He will invade you in The Tomb of Giants just before Nito's domain, down near the area that overlooks the distant Ash Lake.

Anor Londo. Random drop from any Silver Knight.

Anor Londo. Random drop from Spear-wielding Silver Knights.

Darkroot Garden. Random drop from the Stone Knights.

Darkroot Garden. Rare random drop from the Stone Knights. Can more easily be purchased from Shiva of the East, if you are a member of the Forest Covenant.

Acquired from a corpse in Valley of Drakes, next to the Undead Dragon.

Random drop from Greatsword-wielding Black Knights.

Acquired from a corpse in Anor Londo to the left of the entrance to the Painted World of Ariamis.

Anor Londo. Found in a treasure chest alongside other chests containing Havel's Equipment, located behind a hidden wall in a Fireplace.

Anor Londo. When you reach the Giant Blacksmith, go back into the large main room ang go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs you'll find some big windows with one broken. Exit the window heading right, and you will see a corpse with the bow.

Tomb of Giants. Found on a corpse just before the second bonfire.

Anor Londo. Found in a treasure chest alongside other chests containing Havel's Equipment, located behind a hidden wall in a Fireplace.

Can found on a corpse in the Painted World of Ariamis after the door requiring the Annex Key.

ㅤ∎ Weapons acquired from covenants

Given as a gift when joining Darkwraith Covenant. (Can also be obtained as a drop from the NPC Darkwraiths in New Londo Ruins)

Given as a gift when joining Gravelord Servant Covenant. (confirmed by SilverKnightDragon)

ㅤ∎ Weapons acquired from cutting off tails

The Depths. Cut off the tail of the Gaping Dragon.

Cut the tail off of the Ancient Dragon in Ash Lake. As long as you don't attack the body, this will not anger the dragon or break the covenant.

Undead Burg. Use arrows to shoot the tail of the Red Drake, or Bridge Wyvern, from underneath the bridge. It can also be cut off from on top of the bridge, if the Bridge Wyvern has landed to attack you.

Crystal Cave. Cut off the tail of Seath The Scaleless, once the immortality crystal has been broken. (Seath's tail cannot be cut off in your first encounter)

Painted World of Ariamis. Cut off the tail of Priscilla - this can be difficult to do considering her ability to turn invisible, so consider careful strikes or weak weapons. Tag her with a throwing knife so you can track her while invisible. use weak weapons or the Force spell to break her poise, then go for her.

Undead Parish. During the boss fight, cut off the tail of the first Bell Gargoyle. Easier if focused down before 2nd Gargoyle comes into the fight. It can also be obtained from the two gargoyles near the beginning of Anor Londo.

・Wisdom of a Sage

Wisdom of a Sage
Acquire all sorceries

Many of the spells that you must have within this game must bought from the mages that you interact with, one of whom you must save and exhaust all dialogue options from. Additionally, two of these spells are acquired after the death of the two mages. There are only two spells that must be found within the game that are not sold one being Strong Magic Shield and the other Remedy. Also keep in mind that you may need a high intelligence in order to purchase these spells from the NPCs.

ㅤ∎ Griggs of Vinheim

Griggs can be found in Lower Undead Burg in the area where you encounter the first Undead Attack Dogs. There you'll find a house with a locked door - Griggs is in there. You need the Residence Key sold by the Undead Merchant to open the door. Once rescued, he will appear in Firelink Shrine to sell spells. After saving Big Hat Logan, Griggs will sell even more spells, plus some more rings. Some time after buying everything from him, he will leave and go to Sen's Fortress where he will be Hollow the next time you see him. You'll find him in the second path that leads up to the mechanism that launches the large steel balls the giant on the roof is dropping. That is where you can kill him to acquire the Hush spell, but it's also available as a pick-up in Sen's Fortress once you know where to look.

Dropped by Griggs of Vinheim when killed (do this only after he goes Hollow in Sen's Fortress to ensure you've bought all his spells) and is also available as a pick-up in Sen's Fortress. From the boulder launch room, take the winding downward trail that leads to the mimic. While turning the first corner from the boulder room, look right to see a gap in the wall. Jump through and do a jumping attack to take out the Serpent Mage that's down there. You'll land on some wooden boards. Look around you'll see a broken wall on one side and a hallway on the other. Go down the hallway and you'll be in a cell with the Hush spell on the ground along with an armor set.

ㅤ∎ Big Hat Logan

You'll initially find Logan in Sen's Fortress, locked in a cage. Free him and he will then go to Firelink Shrine where you'll find him peddling his wares beside Griggs. Once you buy all his spells from here he will then go off to The Dukes Archives where you'll find him locked up in another cell. Free him again and you will then find him in another room of the Archives, where you can purchase a new selection of best spells. Once you have bought everything from him here and killed Seath in the Crystal Cave, return to Seath's original room in The Duke's Archives to find a now Hollow Logan. Kill him here to get the White Dragon Breath spell.

Dropped by Big Hat Logan once killed, but only after buying everything from him and he has turned Hollow.

ㅤ∎ Dusk of Oolacile

Dusk is trapped in a Golden Crystal Golem in Darkroot Basin. You have to kill the Hydra first, and once it's dead follow the left wall into the Hydra's lake to find the cave with the Golden Golem inside. Kill the Golem, and Dusk will be freed. Talk to her and accept to be taught by her and she will then disappear. To speak to her again, you must find her summon sign. Luckily, it's nearby, beside a boulder in front of Hydra lake. Once you summon her here she will sell you her spells.

ㅤ∎ Ingward

Ingward is the guy on the rooftop in New Londo Ruins. Talk to him here to buy his spell.

ㅤ∎ Spells Only Found as Pick-Ups in Lordran

Found in a chest in the Duke's Archives. Should be easy to find if following Logan's quest-line

Found in a chest in Blighttown. The chest is in the upper sections, across a tree branch on the route to / from Valley of Drakes.

Found in the chandelier in Anor Londo. Cut the chain while up in the rafters and move the staircase to pick it up from the lower level.

・Prayer of a Maiden

Prayer of a Maiden
Acquire all miracles

Much like ‘Wisdom of a Sage’ many of the miracles in the game you will have to purchase, however it is recommended that you buy these miracles as soon as you can. Additionally, there are seven miracles that you must collect from the game’s covenants: Gravelord Servant, Blade of the Dark Moon, and Warrior of Sunlight. One of these miracles will also require a Soul of Gwyn in order to receive it. There are also an additional five miracles that must be found throughout Lordran; two of them can be found by killing two of the Piascas found within the Duke’s Archives while the other three can be found in Ash Lake, the Catacombs, and the Painted World of Ariamis.

ㅤ∎ Petrus of Thorolund

Petrus can be found as soon as you get to Firelink Shrine, in the direction of the crow, to the right. Without spoiling anything, buy ALL of his miracles!

ㅤ∎ Reah of Thorolund

She will appear next to Petrus along with her bodyguards around the time you ring the first bell. You will see her praying behind the other men, but she will not sell miracles while here. When you reach the Tomb of Giants, you will find Reah trapped in a hole with and her bodyguards both gone Hollow. Kill them and speak with her to receive one of her miracles, and she will then leave for Undead Parish where you can buy the rest of her miracles. She is praying at the altar in the front of the church. Buy them all as she won't stay there forever.

Event reward. After going to the Tomb of Giants and finding Reah and her two hollowed bodyguards, kill them and then speak with her. She will give you this miracle as a reward.

ㅤ∎ Oswald of Carim

Oswald is the guy you run into one your way back down after ringing the first bell. You can't miss him.

ㅤ∎ Gravelord Nito & the Gravelord Servant Covenant

In the Catacombs, in the same room as the Titanite Demon, you will find a coffin that you can interact with once you have an Eye of Death - you'll find three on the corpse at the end of the room. "Nestle inside" the coffin to be transported to Nito's chamber in the Tomb of Giants. You must pray to Nito and enter the Gravelord Servant covenant to receive one of the miracles and you need to increase your rank in the covenant to get the second one.

A signing bonus for joining the Gravelord Servant covenant

Gaining rank 1 in the Gravelord Servant covenant will give you this miracle. You need 10 Eyes of Death to gain rank 1 in this covenant

ㅤ∎ Dark Sun Gwyndolin & the Blade of the Dark Moon Covenant

Found in Anor Londo at the very bottom of the revolving staircase tower. Turn the staircase all the way down, and then go down the stairs to enter the Darkmoon Tomb. You need to kill Princess Gwynevere first, or equip the Darkmoon Seance Ring (found in the Catacombs) to reveal a secret passage behind a statue that takes you down to where you meet Gwyndolin. You'll need to join and rank up in Gwyndolin's Blade of the Dark Moon covenant to receive one of the miracles and you need to fight and defeat him to receive the other.

ㅤ∎ Solaire of Astora & the Warrior of Sunlight Covenant

This covenant is required for a few miracles. You join the covenant by speaking with Solaire - the guy with a sun emblem on his chest - at the Sunlight Alter in Undead Parish while you have 25 faith or have helped a number of other players defeat a boss. Once you join you will then need ten Sunlight Medals to rank up and get the next miracle. Then you must give the soul of the last boss, Gwyn, to get the last miracle.

ㅤ∎ Siegmeyer of Catarina

This is the popular "Onion guy" that everybody is sooo very happy to kill for no real reason. You can find him at the gates of Sen's Fortress waiting for them to open. You must then help him in Sen's Fortress by changing the directions of the boulders, and again by killing some Silver Knights in Anor Londo. After all of this, you'll find him back at the Firelink Shrine bonfire where you can tell him that you where the one that helped him those times. For this, he will give you a miracle.

Given as a reward for helping Siegmeyer in Anor Londo once you speak with him again back in Firelink Shrine.

ㅤ∎ Dropped/Found Miracles

Dropped by a Pisaca in the base of the Prison Tower in The Duke's Archives

In Ash Lake, make your way to the other side of the second tree and climb the branch leading around it. Below this branch, on the right side of it, is a broken log which is actually a tunnel. Drop onto this tunnel continue through it to find the miracle.

Found on a corpse in the Catacombs' upper floor. There will be a small room with a ladder. There is nothing in this room but the miracle.

In the Painted World of Ariamis, this miracle is on the top of the tower you used the Annex Key to unlock. It will be guarded by 2 or 3 Crow Demons, so be careful.

・Bond of a Pyromancer

Like the achievements above, many of the pyromancies found within this game must be bought by the many different pyromancers that you can find. You must also join the Chaos Servant covenant in order to acquire two pyromancies, however you can only acquire one after ranking up within the covenant. There are also four other pyromancies that you must find that are located in Lost Izalith, the Painted World of Ariamis, and Blighttown.

ㅤ∎ Laurentius of the Great Swamp

Laurentius is found in the Depths. After killing the two butchers in the area, you will find him in a room full of barrels. Break the barrel that he is trapped in by rolling into it to free him. Be careful not to hit him. After rescuing Laurentius, he will move to Firelink Shrine. Talk to him there, and he will ask if you find pyromancy unsavoury; say NO. He will give you a pyromancy flame, and you can now buy his spells. He can also upgrade your pyromancy flame to +15.

Eingyi is the friendly Egg Carrier that guards Quelaag's sister, the Daughter of Chaos. He will ask if you are a servant; say YES to enter. You must be infected with an egg on your head to have Eingyi sell you his pyromancy spells.

ㅤ∎ Daughter of Chaos

The Daughter of Chaos is found in the same area as Eingyi. You can join her Chaos Servant covenant to earn some powerful pyromancy spells.

A covenant gift for getting Rank+2 in the Chaos Servant covenant. This will cost you 30 Humanity, so make sure you are ready before going for this rank, as leaving the covenant to join another will take away half of the humanities you gave.

ㅤ∎ Quelana of Izalith

Quelana is found in the Blighttown swamp, behind a pillar between the swamp bonfire and Quelaag's Domain. Make sure you take care of any enemies in her vicinity before going to talk to her. If your Pyromancy flame is AT LEAST +10 from Laurentius, she will make you her apprentice and sell you some advanced pyromancy spells. If your pyromancy flame is +15, she will make it Quelana's flame and add another +5 to your flame. Upgrading your flame and buying all of her spells will cost around 300,000 souls.

After buying all of her Spells, Quelana asks you to kill her mother and sister. After defeating Bed of Chaos in Lost Izalith, return to her and she will reward you with it.

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a regular path using titanite shards, large titanite shards, titanite chunks, and a titanite slab.

These resources can all be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Undead Soldiers, Red Cape Knights, Slime, Steel Knights, Bloated Heads (DLC), Crystal Lizards, Black Knights, Giants, and Darkwraiths. Some of them can also be bought from smiths throughout Lordran as well. During every NG sequence the player is given the chance to acquire 2-3 regular titanite slabs, depending on if they have DLC installed. One can be found as a drop after the defeat of the Stray Demon upon returning to the Northern Undead Aslyum, another can be received after completing the Siegmeyer’s storyline, and the last can be found behind a waterfall in Kalameet’s boss area. These slabs can also be farmed from the Darkwraiths found in New Londo ruins as well. These ascensions are all provided by Andrei of Astora in the Undead Parish, as long as the player has the Large Ember and the Very Large Ember.

・Crystal

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a magic path using green shards, blue chunks, and a blue slab.

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Crystal Golems, Black Knights, Crystal Lizards, and Moonlight Butterflies. During each NG the player has a chance to acquire one to two Blue Slabs depending on if they have DLC installed. One of these can be found within the Crystal Caves after killing the first Golden Golem and the other can be found within a pond in the Royal Woods. These slabs can also be farmed from the Moonlight Butterflies within the Crystal Caves as well.These ascensions are all provided by Rickhert of Vinheim in New Londo Ruins, as long as you have the Large Magic Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the magic path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5, Rickhert of Vinheim can upgrade it to a magic path.

・Enchanted

In order to upgrade a weapon to the enchanted path you must first upgrade a weapon into a +5 ascended magic weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded it can be taken to Rickhert of Vinheim and he will be able to ascend it provided that you have the Enchanted Ember with you.

・Divine

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a divine path using green shards, white chunks, and a white slab.

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Bonewheel Towers, and Pinwheels.During each NG the player has the chance of acquiring one to two white slabs depending on if they have the DLC installed. One of which can be found inside the room before the boss fight in the Tomb of the Giants and the other can be found in the area before the boss fight in the Chasm of the Abyss. These slabs can also be farmed from the Pinwheels in the Tomb of the Giants.These ascensions are all provided by Andrei of Astora in the Undead Parish, provided that you have the Divine Ember or the Large Divine Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the divine path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5 Andrei of Astora will be able to ascend it to the divine path.

・Occult

In order to upgrade a weapon to the occult path you must first upgrade a weapon to a +5 ascended divine weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded Andrei of Astora will be able to ascend it provided that you have the dark ember with you.

・Fire

These resources can be found off of enemy drops. These enemies being: Slime, Swamp Leeches, Oolacile Sorcerers (DLC), Stone Demons, Black Knights, and Fire Octopi. In each NG the player has one chance to acquire a red slab. This slab can be found in the room under the boss gate in Lost Izalith that is inhabited by Fire Octopi. Red slabs can also be farmed by Fire Octopi in Lost Izalith.These ascensions are all provided by Blacksmith Vamos in the Catacombs, provided that you have the Large Flame Ember. In order to upgrade a weapon to the fire path you must first upgrade a weapon to +5 with titanite shards. After a weapon has been upgraded to +5, Blacksmith Vamos will be able to ascend it to the fire path.

・Chaos

All you need to do is to reinforce a weapon with a chaos path using red chunks and a red slab.

In order to upgrade a weapon to the chaos path you must first upgrade a weapon to a +5 ascended fire weapon with green titanite shards. After a weapon has been properly upgraded Blacksmith Vamos will be able to ascend it to the chaos path provided that you have the Chaos Flame Ember with you.

I remember only one crucial thing, when you need to get achievement of killing Gwyndolin and jonining covenant of Darkmoon, Firstly you need to join to covenant and only then kill Gwyndolin, otherwise wait for NG+

Is it possible to get all the achievements in one playthrough? (probably not)

If not, how many playthroughs do I have to run just to get all the weapons and other things?

@Amaka, abyss greatsword isnt the cursed version of artorias, it's dlc weapon it doesnt count. Both version of Artorias sword you could get from Sif soul

Ok, I am retarded. I went to kill siff for the 4th time, modified the abyss sword back to longsword +10 and upgraded it with siff soul to cursed version. It worked. I massed made all the souls weapon at once so I didnt notice it used the soul of artorias to make abyss greatsword instead of using soul of siff to make greatsword of artorias... Sorry about the comments spam. Maybe this will help someone else who is also retarded. Great guide btw xD
