Where is the duck and how to get to it?
It is in second level, near the exit point. This video will show you how i reached it.

you can use infamous Source glitch:
1) step on top of the object
2) mash "pick up" and "jump" to continueously push off the object you are standing on
3) find the rhythm, and you will fly vertically
4) when you reach the desired height, stop mashing and adjust yourself using WASD keys

u can just climb the ladder on the 3rd level

there is duck in first level on top of one of the buildings, no idea how to reach without noclip.
apparently 4th level has one as well, but i havent discovered it yet.
