This is the 100% walkthrough text guide of Little Alligator written by me, a large portion of this guide is simply me following a speedrun video of Bagel the Bagel converted to text.

So let's head in, shall we? but before we do, there's one thing you gotta know:
There is a time limit in this game.
Every time you move around, 15 min passes. Every time you do a minigame, 30 min passes. Day ends when the clock hits 18:45. Every mistake costs time.
You can edit your savegame to alter your clock to undo your mistakes:
It's placed in \AppData\LocalLow\PillowFightIo\LaterAlligator\yoursteamid\LG_Transient.pts.
However, every playthrough does not require a repeat of actions made in previous playthrough, in fact it's impossible to finish all of this in one playthrough due to time constraints. If your game ended faster than mine did, that's perfectly okay, simply start an another playthrough and pick up your trails.

Here we go.

Click Pat the Birthday Boy(Kid with a cap) multiple times (He's too shy to speak up at first) to hear what he have to say and get a watch.
Use it, and get your first achievement!


Got the Time?
"Always keep an eye on your watch."

Click Bub the Waiter to get an arrow option

Leave using the arrow

Watch the title

Click Slick Mickey with a stand right next

Ask all the questions (whomstdve, patrick, da eventerino)

Play his game (It's hard, don't lose focus)

After that he gives you his family badge.


Click Adalade's arcade door

You get a text message

Click Artie (hiding behind curtains leftmost side) multiple times

I know what that abbreviation sounds like, move on.

Click 2nd from left ballthrow machine


Click the control panel of Vampire Punter D cabinet


Click Joanie the Greaser

Ask all the questions.

Play her pinball game, 15,000 points for another chievo (I did it with my first try, thanks space pinball)


Pinball Lizard
"Score 15,000 points in Pinball."

Joanie will give her badge


...And puzzle piece


Click set of hairs moving on the opposite cabinet of Vampire Hunter D

It's Sweet Geraldine, criminal mastermind.

Question thing

Play the claw machine minigame, get her what she want, it's her quarters not yours

At the 3rd round you will see the puzzle piece, snatch it.


Got the knockoff Final Fantasy figurine? Good, you get her family badge.


There's an another achievement with this claw game but considering its RNG factors it's best to return later.

Slick Mickey notifies you about the trolley.

Click the sign that says 'THIS WEEK CLICK AND DRAG UP AND DOWN'


And the Brodega sign right street


You can drag the screen up, do exactly that.

Get a text from Pat and automatically get back to him

Talk to him, another minigame (but not really)

Questions and minigame, It's Flappy Bird. Rules? food good, objects bad.

Ride trolley to Downtown

Click the figure in windows, Mona the Snipper, Kpop stan and political activist

QMB, balance the topics


You get her dad's badge as a bonus too


Click window next to Mona (upper left one?) for a puzzle

QPB. (Question, Puzzle piece, Badge) There's no minigame dedicated to this nerd, but he gives you a puzzle piece when you ask who the hell he is.

Meet Pat again, minigame. Find matches, get a puzzle piece.


Ride a trolley to revisit Alligator Park, talk with Granny Constance IN TROLLEY

QMB, another round of Old(er) Maid


Upon arrival, click and harass poor Theresa again for a puzzle piece. (2/2 steps done)

If you forgot, it's the one who's hiding behind a bench.


Finished? good. We have no business here anymore, at least for this playthrough. Ride the trolley again to Downtown and IN TROLLEY, click on controllers door to talk with Good Ole' Clancy

QMP (Question, Minigame, Place) Jigsaw puzzle, you should have all the pieces. You unlock a new place on your map, 9th street for your future travels

after arriving to your destination click on Sleepypants again, multiple times for puzzle piece (2/2 steps done)


Go inside the antique shop, this time go further inside

Click on mirror


And cash register


And lampshade


Click on Wii U looking tablet thingy

Play the minigame, perfect run for an another achievement.

Get a badge of a baby

Head to Unsavory Part of Town

QMB, explore-randos-phone type of a game, watch the video of popping packing bubbles 6 times for an achievement, delete some pics to perform exorcism.


Screen Time
"You spent too much time watching internet videos. "

after fixing his phone.

Leave, it's 6:45PM. (or around that time) and Pat contacts you again.

It's night now, you're outside of a hotel.

Click on mailbox on curb


Click on suspicious figure peeking, exhaust all dialogue for a puzzle piece


Drag the screen upwards, click on weird boxy thing on balcony multiple times for an another puzzle


Walk into the building (Cafe and Dinner and Hotel)

Talk to Bub, and talk to Pat. After one electrical failure and one bohemian rhapsody reference, you're in control of pat, in yet another, minigame. navigate the dark maze that's weirdly reminiscent of FNAF Pizzaria.

After the cutscene, click the cake


Click Pat to finish our first playthrough and endure the unskippable credits. (It's not THAT long)

You unlocked Pat Game Skip!

If you're ready, start an another walkthrough and get an achievement for that.


Try, Try Again
"Start a second playthrough of Later Alligator."

Leave the lobby and head straight to Unsavory Part of Town to finish your business there

Click Aiden, who's meditating in alley

QMB, swat flies and hornets, there's two achievements here which requires you to fail in 3rd stage but that's not what we are going for at this moment, clear all 3 stages.


Head into deep alleyway behind Aiden, and Ooh-La-La!

Enter the place to learn about women of history and get a puzzle for attendance reward. Exactly what I expected, I feel slightly more smarter now. What about you guys?


Click on analog clock


Click the overweight student, multiple times to exhaust their dialogue.


Leave the place and alley, talk to couple in a car, it's the RothchildsValentinos!

QMB, they committed patricide and now need to divide their inheritance, be fair.





Go inside the bar again

Click the EXIT sign left side


Click the wide boi in suit

It's Bobby Blue Eyes, QMB time. It's Monkey see monkey do kind of game, correctly imitate his moves to show him who's boss.


Ignore Pat's call. We already helped him once.

Click the eyepatch guy (le yakuza reference)

QMB, his minigame's in the style of dating sim made in the Land of the Rising Sun

Make following choices for an achievement

-A nice stroll at the botanical Garden

-Nice flowers

-Somewhere cool

-Your scales are so shiny!

-Let's play a carnival game!


Sotenbori Memorial
"Took the Knife out on a perfect practice date."

Upon completion, badge.


Leave the place and head to 9th street and TALK TO OLE CLANCY while traveling

Complete the second jigsaw for his badge


Arrive at the place, it's total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Click the circular control of abandoned trolley (I don't know what that is for, please tell me in the comments)


Turn the trolley's light on by using a switch next to what you clicked above

Click the railroad barrier


Click on Gary the skecthy guy with a trenchcoat

QMB, spot the differences between 2 pictures, 3 stages (Seurat's sunday afternoon, Merode Altarpiece, Kuniyoshi's skeleton)


Click on the note dropped in front of half blocked door, read it


Go through the half blocked door

Check the coffin, QMB! Final round of old(est) maid... or not?

After checking your cards and luck, get a badge from her.


Head to fun district and click on the trolley route map and TALK TO OLE CLANCY AGAIN



The Trolley Problem
"Found all of the pieces of Clancy's motivational posters."

Solve the final jigsaw for an underwhelming reward, there's no achievement for this.

Talk to Lovely Maria in front of mailbox, she's Pat's mom

She wants you to finish her family tree and gives her badge to you



When You're Here, You're Family.
"Collect every alligator for the big finale."

You already have all of them, solve it and face the disturbing truth that our cute Pat is actually, an immature manchild who's 24 years old.

It's done, you collected everything, kill your time to... maybe hunt some achievements?
since you've already done the tarot card thing (1/4), play Slick Mickey's game again (2/4)
Head to Downtown, and play Older Maid with Constance in trolley (3/4) and in antique store, play Old Maid with Nana Rue (4/4)


Card Shark
"Play all card-related gator games in one playthrough."

Watch a true ending, what a surprising turn of events!


Save Pat
"See Pat's true fate."

Another playthrough, Another morning at 8:00 AM. Let's go.

Visit 9th street, do that art thing again. (1/4)

Head to Unsavory Part of Town.

Talk to Aiden, and clear the first two stages like normally, and when the third stage starts hit the ♥♥♥♥ out of him for his hygiene problems to intentionally fail the minigame and wait on the OOPS! screen till the achievement pops.


AHH THE BEES! THE BEES ARE IN MY EYES--
"Summon 8 hornets in the same round."


This is possible because the insects are keep spawning even after the game ends.

He turned into a stone statue. Great. Just what we tried to do.(1/2 steps done)

Next, distribute the newly-gained wealth of siblings, again.(2/4)

Trolley, to a park. match the pictures of an influencer. you'll see her selfie with stoned (no pun intended) Aiden. Match the photo to get an achievement. (2/2 steps done)



Solid Snake
"See Aiden's stone form in Lizzie's photos."

Complete all 3 stages of her photo matching puzzle (3/4)

Head to downtown, Ouija board time, antique shop, Black Widow.

Complete it and another achievement is yours! (4/4)


Art History Degree from CUANY
"Beat all of the games with alligator masterpieces in one playthrough. 3 course credits."

Last step, head to fun district, where everything is started.

Head into arcade.

Talk to Geraldine and play the clawgame. This time aim to get both Baman and Piderman dolls.
