Engravings on weaponry have been used not just for design, but as a sign of status and rank. Specifically the acanthus ornaments have had a deep history, ever since the early BC eras, being a symbol for immortality and resurrection. Such symbolism seemed fitting for CS2. Therefore, I have created my own variation of the ornaments, intertwined with elements of scales throughout the body, on a silver base.

One of the most common places where the acanthus ornaments can be found were the architectural designs of Roman and Greek art, that were done on marble, as a symbol of luxury. Thus it seemed most fitting to fuse the two elements together. Having done the research on different marble patterns, I found there to be mainly two, those having thin lines and thick ones, all in the matter of mineral deposits. This grip shows the deeper cuts of marble, that shows the latter types of marble, filled with mineral-rich fluids, and creating a captivating composition with its bold and pronounced veins.

The baby blue gemstone, creates yet another element to this gun that is meant to captivate, especially against the backdrop of the beige and silver. With these contrasting elements, it is able to nicely tie the entire desert eagle together.
