I have finished the game library and unlocked all data.

In order to unlock Vehicle Weapon Data and Handheld Item Data, you should do these things:

1. Check all treasure boxes and underground items in the Normal difficulty mode.

2. Change the difficulty to Ragnarok, then check all treasure boxes and underground items again after you killed the Catastropus.

3. Open Monster data and gather their special dropped items in the Normal and Hard difficulty modes.

4. Manufacture some special tank weapons.

(Sorry but I'm too tired to write other guides about weapon and item data...)


Important notes:

1. Unfortunately, unlock all library data will NOT unlock the final achievement.

2. The basic game library does not include any DLC items.

3. There is no hidden item in the Debris.

4. Almost 99% of underground items have two contents. You only need to check them in the Normal and Ragnarok difficulty modes. However, there is only one underground item has three contents. You must check it in the Hard and Ragnarok difficulty modes to get different Defenses.
