first add cone and sect the base fill type to nohting




shade it smooth and bevel the top and delete the top mesh




unwrap it via project from view

















add material and go to shader editor and add this nodes



done

@KH!O one of those horror games like silent hill . yep it works but again you could get better lighting in the engine you work with .

this would work so well for a psx style game
