📊 Respec (5 STR, 5 AGL)
If you didnt already get it automatically, then you might have to respec your SPECIAL to 5 Strenght and/or to 5 Agility. Use a punchcard machine either from your C.A.M.P. or from any Train Station on the map. You have to be at least level 25 to be able to use the punchcard machine.

Punchcard Machine
🚑 Revive another player in water
friend/second player needed!

For the "Revive Player in Water" Challenge i recommend, to take your secondary C.A.M.P. Slot and build a foundation next to a lake and up to 4 ladders, like shown on the picture. Then you ask a friend to climb up there and let himself fall down. During falling down he should aim to shallow water, so you can emmediately revive him with a stimpak. If he wouldnt die, he has to highly radiate himself to lower his maximum HP. He also should remove Serendipity skill card, if equipped.

.
Alternatively, you can go to Charleston to the Summersville Dam, where is a hanging bridge and a small River. Let your friend jump down from the bridge there.
.
During falling down he should aim to shallow water, so you can emmediately revive him with a stimpak. If he wouldnt die, he has to highly radiate himself to lower his maximum HP. He also should remove Serendipity skill card, if equipped.
.
When done, you have actually finished two Tasks at once - the one where to revive someone whats called Demonstrate Kindness, and the second one to revive someone whilst in water.
🎒 Receiving 50 lbs Backpack
After you finished all of the above, you are tasked by the Quest itself, to talk to the MrHandy Scout Leader Jaggy. This will finish the Quest and give you the backpack as well as the ability to recraft it on an armor workbench.
WARNING: You can only get the MAX Backpack from level 50+, otherwise the game will only give you a lower leveled one.

You can and should also mod your packpack in several ways. The most important ones are 90% carryweight reduction either for chems or for food & drinks. I say this, because it gives you 3 more SPECIAL points to distibute, when you can remove either "traveling pharmacy" or "thru-hiker" skill cards.
