L4D2 CEDA Color Variety

I've had this finished for a few days but could not be bothered to get screenshots until today.

Like the L4D1 roadcrew addon that I've uploaded, this adds new colors to the CEDA zombies, while keeping the original green and yellow variants.

Not only did I add new colors, but I've also made some changes to the actual texture, such as the gloves being colored instead of the shoes, and an additional white strip on the back of the zombie.

This replaces the L4D2 Ceda's texture and gradient.
