Advance Wars - Dual Strike Pack (W.I.P v0.3)

Move out troops!

Well now, you might know about that Advance Wars reboot for the Switch, i might not be into that game that much but i've tried Dual Strike for the NDS.
It got me thinking: Hey, why not doing something for this?

I plan on making the other units, i might have to ignore some units since some of them don't have attacks and that can be weird as avatars when they try to attack and they just tilt.

W.I.P Changelog:

- Infantry and Mech Units

- Ops, forgot to add the Black Hole Palette to the Green Earth Tank Unit

- Added Recon Unit

- Made the avatars don't allow dancing so they don't keep tilting

The teams are:

- Orange Star (os)
- Blue Moon (bm)
- Green Earth (ge)
- Yellow Comet (yc)
- Black Hole (bh)
