In the guide it is shown step by step what to do to shoot and hit.
Additionaly, I provided some information about:
- Calculating the target speed
- Measuring and calculating range (using various devices and regular scopes)
- Providing more precise coordinates (8-digits, 10-digits, keypad coordinates)
- Calculating distance between coordinates

Step-by-step procedure:
Basic procedure provided all devices are available

  1. In Atmosphr section in ATragMX select default.
  2. In the GunList section in ATragMX select the proper ammunition. It should be the same as in the Rangecard. If the name is different, check if the bullet weight of chosen ammo in the Gun section of ATragMX is the same as in the Rangecard or ACE arsenal.
  3. Insert data from the Rangecard into Gun section (in the upper right corner of the main ATragMX interface choose E for English units, M for metric units or D for dual units):
    • Bore (inches), it’s at the bottom of the Rangecard.
    • Twist (inches), it’s given as 1:X. Insert the X number.
    • Muzzle velocity in 15°C (default settings) (m/s), it’s the number directly below 15°C.
    • Zero range - It is 100m or 109 yards by default and you probably won’t have to touch it at all.
  4. In Atmosphr section select TBH (instead of AT) and insert data from User Screen 2 of Kestrel 4500NV (note: You can have both Kestrel toggled and AtragMX open at the same time), 1 millibar (mbar) = 1 hectopascal (hPa).
  5. In the Target section insert the map latitude. It can be taken from there[github.com].
  6. Measure the wind speed: Press Shift+K to see the wind arrow, open the User Screen 1 in Kestrel 4500NV and lock it on your screen, you have to stand up, walk away from any physical obstacles, look straight at the wind (the arrow must be pointing down) and insert the measured value into the left square of Wind Speed (the right one is for wind at the target, nearly impossible to measure in the game, possible in reality[www.targettamers.com]).
  7. Move to the shooting position. Check the wind direction. Insert Wind Direction into Target section. Beware: you need to state from which direction the wind is blowing clockwise. E.g. Arrow pointing left = 3, arrow pointing up = 6. Also, wind might appear to be absent inside buildings.
  8. Draw Vector 21, aim at the target, press TAB + R until a red square around the black circle appears and both range and azimuth show up. Repeat to be sure. This way the distance, inclination angle and direction of fire will be filled automatically. Check if ATragMX updated them.
  9. Read the output data from the main ATragMX screen and adjust the scope:
    • Elev (Hold column): page up/ page down for fine adjustment, shift + page up/ page down for major adjustment.
    • Wind (Hold Column): ctrl + page up/ page down for fine adjustment, shift + ctrl + page up/ page down for major adjustment.
  10. Lean the gun on some surface (press C, appropriate icon will change).
  11. Hold shift (hold your breath) to reduce weapon sway.
  12. Aim at the body center and fire. Headshots? Only if the target is rather close.
