(full credit to Wind_Mind on steam for original meleeeffects mod)

Changes the melee swing effect and adds charge attack.
-Compatible with Calamity Mod

Recent Fixes:
-1.4.4.1 - 1.4.4 port :)
-1.0.5 config items added: Normal attack reach, charge attack reach, slash brightness. Weapons with right click effects should work normally when charge attacks are disabled now.
-1.0.4 weapon swing trail effect size changed to better match weapon/hitbox, added slider for thickness of effect
-1.0.3 Added Whitelist, Blacklist, and Brownlist(spitting wooden arrows)
-1.0.2 Phasesabers fixed and changed sound for Phasesabers, Phaseblades

Notable changes/fixes:
-Whitelist/Blacklist
-phasesaber fix
-toggle on hit effects/change size
-fixed multiplayer sounds
-change charge time as well as damage
-staff of regrowth fix
-calamity true melee damage fix (should work on other alternate damage types as well)
-melee attack speed now has effect on both regular and charged slash
-melee size changes with the melee glove equipped

Please leave suggestions on more improvements that can be made in the future on the steam workshop page, as well as weapons that are added to Brownlist.
