1. make a decent horror game
2. actually playtest your damn game
3. optimize your models and put less than 14k poly per character model
4. dont be a crybaby on twitter and actually take criticism
5. Make decent merch for a fair price
6. dont put a merch button on the first chapter
7. Accept that some might not like your game and want to refund it
8. put actual effort in your voice acting
9. give your characters a creative design rather than hiring 4 year olds to draw them
