Here is the different locations you can find in the game.

Shrine
Demands : Cods
Demands : Rock Crab + Decorator Crab)
Demands : Hammerhead Shark + Ghost Shark + Bronze Whaler + Black Reef Shark

Cannot be found ? You can pass throught the waterfall

You can find it by using the bait (from the airman than the travelling merchant) near the ends of the map.
Dog Tags (Twisted Stand)
Give dog tags (4) to the airman in the Twisted Strand to receive a special items.

Twisted Strands shrine does not require just the 2 fish you indicated. I just solved it using an aberrant Mullet- the Entwined Mullet. And it only needs one aberrant fish to solve it.

Very nice, but would it be possible to add the fish number ? - Since there is no search feature it would be nice (also useful for no-english player). - Thanks

I can confirm the previous comment.
Also: There three shrines in Devil's Spine, but they will be marked by the quest there. Two of them tell you exactly what is needed ( one requires the local squat lobster and spider crab, the other requires the local ghost shark and pale skate ). The other requires ANY two aberrations

For the fourth shrine: It's actually any aberrant fish! Only one, doesn't matter which one!

FYI: I let the Figure in Blue wait too long and it died. So you want to get them their needed fish in a certain amount of time.

About the oarfish : the minute I saw the waterfall, I knew I could go through it haha. If a game has a waterfall : you have to find a treasure there haha
