As I had problems to find a proper list with the ingame order, here are all documents, notes, tapes etc. for the achievement.
For those who are wondering if you need all Notebook entries with Choshiro: I got the Achievement, after I speedrun to chapter 5 to collect it. Up to this point I couldn't collect all entries in his Notebook. Therefore it is not necessary.

I hope this list helps people and makes it a bit easier to look up missing files.
