About The Map
Requires Counter-Strike: Source, This map was made for Garry's Mod gamemode Zombie Survival. It works on Sandbox also.

This map is an entire rework of the original lighthouse map created by Stelk.

This map takes place on a coastal region, where a lighthouse is located. The map is heavily Half-Life inspired and features many references. The map is entirely a rework, meaning that everything, the landscapes, lighting, textures, and environment has been remarkably touched to accurately portray the style of Zombie Survival maps in 2023.

Wow! I always loved this map, this is a fantastic remaster. One day, I hope to actually be able to go to the top of the lighthouse haha.

1. I want to say for the displacement problem at the end of the tunnel, I did not make the displacements, and I had some struggles to try to play around with it. My friend had created them for me as I was a bit noobish at the time with displacements (I am no longer). I will see if I can improve it, making it less noticeable.
2. The ocean does need some improvements, I may add some boats, and islands, I do like the idea for this.
3. The soundscapes, I totally agree, I will eventually release a v1c with this feedback to remove the seagull sounds.
4. As far as the basement, I will most likely nerf if I do see it in gameplay being overpowered.[/quo­te]

Map is truly amazing. I love the new models, the fine details (especially shadows. did you use lightmap 2 or something?) and the restructure of the interiors. Kudos to the team! However I have a couple of complaints:
1. The tunnel in Zspawn shouldn't be closed like that with a displacement. It would have looked better if there was a similar tunnel to the one where the truck is but with a black texture at the end of it. The current one looks a bit bland and odd.
2. The ocean in the skybox would use some details like boats or small islands. Don't get me wrong, it's fine as it is but I feel like it would need a bit....more things in it to not make it very empty?
3. The current soundscape would need a bit of sound decrease, mainly the seagull noises. They are way too loud!
4. The basement of the lighthouse needs a slight nerf. I feel like the pole in front of it might prevent zombies from efficiently taking cover or attack the cade (that is if the basement is a spot).
