Talent Rework - Captain Gunslinger

This mod replaces captain's gunslinger talent branch with a brand new one consisting of some new talents and some reworked old talents.

Dead Eye
Gain "Dead Eye Charge" every time you hit enemy with pistol ammo.
It takes 6 hits to fully charge "Dead Eye" ability.
When you fully charge Dead Eye, your next 6 pistol shots will be 100% more powerful.

Big Smoke
You quickly gain "Dead Eye Charge" and "Haste" when smoking.

Drunken Sailor
You slowly gain "Dead Eye Charge" when drunk.
Suffer no side effect from drunkness.
Gain 75% stun resistance while drunk.
Unlock "Rum".

Big Guns
Unlock "Handcannon" and "Handcannon Round"

Angel Trigger
You deal 90% less damage to friendly target with pistol.
When you have "Dead Eye", your attack with handcannon ammo will stun small creatures for 5 extra seconds.

Devil Trigger
When you have "Dead Eye", your attack with handcannon ammo will implode small creatures.
