Haruka's Requests
By MavericKaiser
A nice little guide for those who may be struggling to get this achievement. I got the trophy on the PS4 version and now I have the Steam achievement as well so I thought I should give writing this guide a go.

Introduction
In Premium Adventure, you can bond with Haruka by doing various tasks that she gives you. First, you have to speak to her in Serena to take her with you. Though it is worth noting that you will not be able to do the Hostess Clubs when you have Haruka with you.

She will have background speech asking for something. You can directly talk to her and she will elaborate on what she wants:

When you are at the shop or restaurant speaking to the staff at the counter, Haruka will ask for something and a special menu will appear.
Order it and a bar will increase. Once it is full it will go up to the next rank with another bar to fill.

As go up in ranks, starting with F rank and ending in EX rank, Haruka will give various items as rewards. I have listed the rewards for getting up to each rank in the table below. The recovery items are nothing to write home about but there is three accessories here that will help you get the 70 gear items CP. The SS Rank will give a Zero Jewel that guarantees the ball landing in the 0 or 00 pockets in roulette which will hand you the CP for Roulette after finishing Haruka's request.

Rank
Item
E
Haruka's Candy
D
Haruka's Chocolate
C
Haruka's Amulet
B
Red Jewel
A
Haruka's First Aid Kit
S
Haruka's Lunch Box
SS
Zero Jewel!!!
SSS
Haruka's Necklace
EX
Morning Glory Scarf

Also, while you are with Haruka, hold RB (Xbox) or R1 (PS) while walking to hold Haruka's hand. Do this for 1km and you will also get the achievement "Hand in Hand".

It is best saving getting the Completion Points (which I will refer to as CP from hereon) until getting to the associated request so you don't have to do the same thing twice. I have mentions of how to get the CP or their requirements as they come up in the guide so you can go for some of them at the same time.
Up To E Rank
Protective Amulet
Just head to Don Quijote and buy for 500 yen.

Stamina Royale
Head over to Kotobuki Drugs and buy for 12,000 yen.

Beef Bowl
Head over to over to Akausshimaru (Taihei Blvd location) and order it for her for 400 yen. If she does not ask you for it when in the restaurant and the colorful menu for Haruka doesn't open up when ordering, then you are at the wrong branch.

Orange Juice
Head over to the Poppo on Tenkaichi St and buy it for 140 yen.
Up To D Rank
Dog Food
Go to Poppo in Nakamichi Alley and buy it for 750 yen. It's the same one that you buy the dog food just after meeting Haruka in the story. Again, if Haruka's menu doesn't pop up when order then you are at the wrong branch.

Oichu-Kabu
This is the first minigame that you will have to have to play for Haruka's requests. And I find it to be one of the more frustrating ones (but not the hardest, but we will get there, but I really do hate this minigame). You will have to get 300 tags for her request. What the game means is that you have to finish up and leave with at least 300 more tags than what you started the minigame with.

First, do not bother going for this straight away if you have not done any games of Oichu-Kabu yet. Only the beginner level will be available and it has the most pitiful bets that makes Haruka's request more tedious (and not to mention the 10,000 tags to get this minigame's CP). To unlock higher levels, you will need to win 10 times in beginner to unlock intermediate, then unlock advanced by winning 15 times in intermediate to unlock advanced (the difficulty you want).

The cheat item that we want here is the 10-10-1 charm (please tell me you haven't used the cheat item without getting the CP at least) which gives a hand of 10-10-1 (basically the best hand). This can be found in locker I5 with the key being found behind a trash can in that little L shaped back alley near the north eastern corner of the map (same block as Vincent and the car park).

Once you have finally unlocked advanced difficulty and have the 10-10-1 charm, now we are ready to go. Start playing, if you are not the banker make the smallest bet possible until it is your turn to be the banker then press Y (Xbox) or triangle (PS) and use the 10-10-1 charm. This will giving a massive payout far exceeding the 300 tags Haruka wants and very likely giving you the CP as well.

Chashu Tonkotsu Ramen
Go to Kyushu No.1 Star and order it for 950 yen.

Roulette
Roulette can be found in the secret casino at the back of Kyushu No.1 Star. I will give a brief rundown how to unlock in case you didn't unlock or started Premium Adventure with a new file and can't remember how to unlock it again. The way most unlock the casino is by completing substory #1 (The Price of an F-cup) which is started by walking down the street with the video store Beam. At the end of the substory after receiving 100,000 yen, tell the barkeep that it is not enough and he will tell you how to access the secret casino. Completing substory #31 (The Yakuza's Apprentice II) will also give you the password (which has no way to miss it in case you messed up with the first substory).

The cheat item we really want here is the Zero Jewel which will more or less guarantee the ball will land in either the 0 or 00 pocket (despite its item description, I have never seen the Zero Jewel not do what it is intended to do now the Red and Black Jewels on the other hand...). The Zero Jewel is found in locker I1 with its key being found in the small dead end alley just southeast of Ebisu Pawn Shop.

But now that you can access it. You have to get 1000 chips in a game of roulette (as usual, 1000 more chips coming out of the game than going in). The easiest way of doing this just to use a zero jewel which almost guarantees the ball will land in either the 0 or 00 pockets. While I would tell you to place chips in-between the 0 and 00, this will give 18,000 chips, I would rather make a save before placing the full bet directly on either the 0 or 00 which can payout 36,000 chips and get you more than halfway to the CP. Sure there may be times where you may have to reload but for the time it takes, getting 36,000 chips is far better than settling for 18,000 chips. Haruka will give you another Zero Jewel at SS rank which can then be used to get the remaining amount of chips for the CP.
Up to C Rank
French Wallet
Buy it from Le Marche for 39,800 yen.

Cee-lo
Win 500 tags.

In Cee-lo, you roll 3 dice to make certain combinations with some being more valuable than others. But with the cheat items, you do not need to worry about getting the CP or Haruka's request finished. The cheat item we want is the All Ones Charm which makes a your roll come out as 1-1-1 (with 5x your bet). The All Ones Charm is found in locker B4 with its key being found behind a pillar just northwest of Club Debolah, south of a restaurant called Wild Jackson.

Once you are ready, start the game. If you do not start as the banker, just make bets of 1 until it is your turn to roll as the banker, press Y (Xbox) or triangle (PS) and use the All Ones Charm for 5 times of all of your opponents bets.

Poker
Win 2,000 chips

While there is a cheat item, it will easily help you finish Haruka's request but it will likely still leave a long way from the CP. The Royal Joker Card will try and place a community card that will give you the best odds of winning with the current community cards and your hand.

I personally got Haruka's request done by playing Omaha Hold 'Em (making a hand with your 2 hole cards and 3 of the 4 community cards) by continually raising and before the final community card is revealed, use the Royal Joker Card. If any one of your opponents folds before the final community card is revealed, I would not use the Royal Joker Card and save it for when your opponents don't quit early.

As for the CP; one of the best ways (unfortunately) I found to get chips in general is to just keep raising the bet over and over while hoping for the best, reloading should you lose.

Darts
Score at least 200 points in Count Up (3 rounds)

For darts, I found that one of the most precise ways of throwing (using controller anyway) is to pull back on the right stick and align the tip of the dart with where you want to shoot and then pushing the stick forward as quick while being straight as possible.

You can also get more accurate darts after you finish your first game. Winning a game against a member of Vincent staff 10 times or beating each member once will give you the custom darts. Though if you can beat the Vincent staff then then Haruka's darts request should not be an issue. You can also buy a more accurate set of darts from Ebisu Pawn Shop after your first game of darts for 1 million yen.

Regardless, 200 points in 3 rounds of Count Up is really not that hard to accomplish. Try and get the hat trick (3 darts in the bullseye in a single round) for each round if possible to get up to the 10 required for the CP.
Up to B Rank
Stone Cooked Bibimbap
Order from Kanrai for 1,500 yen.

Smile Shake
Order from Smile Burger for 220 Yen.

Cho-Han
Win 800 tags.

This is the gambling game you play with Haruka halfway through the story. Just guess if the dice landed in a way that adds up to an odd or even number. You can unlock other betting options but the likelihood of winning them are much lower that I never really bothered with them.

It's best to play it for a good while before trying to go for Haruka's request as you can only initially bet 200 tags. Keep winning bets and eventually you can bet up to 1,000 tags. The cheat items are the Even Goro's Beads and Lopsided Cigarette. I would honestly not bother with the Lopsided Cigarette honestly as it does not actually improve your odds of winning and you can't use more than one cheat item without backing out and coming back in anyway. The Even Goro's Beads is found in locker E4 with its key found at the very northwest end of the Hotel District.

One of the best ways of getting points is to bet against the majority to get a potentially higher payout. Save the Even Goro's Beads for playing against the house with a very high payout.

Blackjack
Win 3,000 chips in Blackjack in the secret casino

The Cheat items here are the Blackjack Amulet (guarantees you a Blackjack) and the Bust Amulet (tries to force the dealer to go bust) which both work for 5 hands in a row. The Blackjack Amulet can be found in locker G3 with its key being found inside Cafe Alps at the back. The Bust Amulet can be found in locker G4 with its key being found inside Mach Bowl beside the toilets.

The Blackjack Amulet is the best cheat item to use as it guarantees wins while the Bust Amulet can still let the dealer start with between 17 and 21. Depending on how much you want to risk it, you can also try and win a few hands to increase the maximum bet before using your cheat items to get as much chips as possible. If you just want Haruka's request done and the CP then just using the Blackjack Amulet at the start and doing the 5 hands it's active for will still get both done.

Batting Centre
Score 1,000 points on the normal course.

The CP requirement is 1,600 so try and aim for that if you are going for full completion.

My tip: use the mouse to aim and left click to swing, it makes it so much easier. With controller, you spend so much effort and concentration keep the stick steady while aiming and trying to swing at the right time so the aiming reticle doesn't jerk back to the centre. This does not apply to mouse aiming. The best time to left click is when Kiryu changes his animation from waving the bat to tensing up.

Try and for in-between the panels for the 10 double panel knockouts CP and extra score.
Up to A Rank
Three Cheese Carbonara
Order at Pronto for 790 yen. NOTE: It has to be daytime (time can be changed by going to a hide out such as Serena's back closet or the homeless tent and selecting "Pass Time").

Photo Booth
Get 1 perfect photo

Just press any one of the buttons at the right time. Try going for one of the buttons in the middle of the bar. You will know that you got it right if the photo taken has sparkles on the right hand side. It may take a few tries (it really wants you to be perfect).

You will need 10 perfect photos for the CP. :)

Squid Yakisoba
Order from the Poppo on Showa St for 180 yen. It's the Poppo just beside the save point at the south end of the map.

Karaoke
Score 800 points on Otometal My Life.

The best way of making a guide for this one is to just say practice makes perfect. You will also have to get 950+ on the same song for a later request.
Up to S Rank
Cassis and Lemon Sherbet
Order it from Yoronotaki for 194 yen.

Welsh Onion Takoyaki
Order it from Gindaco Highball Tavern for 370 yen. NOTE: since it is outside, if you do not order it when first speaking to the person behind the counter, you will have to enter and leave any building for Haruka to ask for it again and complete that request.

Yakisoba Buns
Buy it from M-Store for 130 yen.

Koi-Koi
Win 1,000 Tags

I have just linked a Youtube video by Roll for Crit that goes over Koi-Koi in a concise manner much better than I can.

Just know that more points means a higher payout.

This is another minigame that you need to win multiple times to get access to higher difficulties. By playing at higher difficulties, you can get a higher payout though your opponent will be much smarter. The weakest opponent is the most dumbest or least situationally aware AI I think I have ever seen outside of just straight up broken. Seriously there are so many times that the dumbest AI is just like: "Yeah, I know that my opponent is just one card away from the absolute motherload of points with stuff like a rainy moon viewing and the boar-deer-butterfly trio while I have junk... but let's just call koi-koi and see what happens". The only issue is that getting the necessary points from the weakest AI is going to take a while if you are not the best at Koi-Koi.

Here is the order I often go for when trying to get cards:
Sake Cup > Moon > Rain Man (guy with umbrella) > Cherry Blossoms (with red and purple cloth along bottom) Deer/Boar/Butterfly > Poetry Ribbons > anything that is not just the plants (such as stork etc.) > everything else (that the game rightfully refers to as "junk")

You can change a few options that I recommend such as increasing your wager, increasing the number of rounds in a game. The 2 options I highly recommend if you are new or don't know Koi-Koi that well is to turn on the hand guide and the ability to count other cards as junk. The first option will show sparkles on cards that will create a hand which you can use to win a round and the second option can let you turn certain cards such as the poetry ribbons into junk to complete a hand.

There is also a cheat item that will try and complete a hand for you (but it does not guarantee a good hand) called the Lucky Hanafuda Card. This cheat item is found in locker H4 with its key just outside of Beam, slightly north of the entrance and on the left hand side of the street (if facing to the north). It is only good for one round so don't assume you can just sit back and watch the points roll in all game. You could always try using it on the first round of the shortest game against the best AI to try and get the most ridiculous hand, calling koi-koi multiple times and then rush for any hand in the following few rounds without calling koi-koi to deny the AI any points.

MesuKing
Win against Haruka.

When I played against her, she had a scissors focused deck and would commonly use scissors while occasionally switching it up with rock or paper to try and catch you off guard.
Up to SS Rank
Awabi
Order it from Sushi Gin for 3,000 yen.

UFO Catcher
Catch the Baby Monkey from the UFO Catcher. NOTE: It has to be at Theatre Sq Club Sega (even though the UFO Catchers at Nakamichi St also fill with Baby Monkeys).

The best way of grabbing it I found is to grab it by the head. Trying to grab it by the body just flipped it over.

Bowling
Haruka wants you to bowl 3 strikes and you have 3 frames to do it in. Thing is, spares seem to count as well since when I done this request, I only had 1 strike and 3 spares and completed it with just that.

One way of doing it that is commonly echoed by the community is to select the heaviest ball, move over to the far left side and then press A (Xbox) or X (PS) twice in rapid succession. The path should hopefully point roughly at the front most pin (if not, adjust the spin accordingly) and aim for 95+ power. As I said, I only got one strike and 3 spares so there is more room for error than the game implies.

Pool/Billiards
Win against the medium difficulty AI in Four-Ball.

The goal of this game is to just have your cue ball hit another ball which in turn makes that ball hit another ball. You get a point each time that happens and also gives you another turn (which makes it easy to deny the AI from actually getting a turn if you do well enough).

Just turn on the guide when starting up the game and you are pretty much good. It will show you what path the ball you hit the cue ball will take.
Up To SSS Rank
Blended Coffee
Order it at Cafe Alps for 500 yen.

Gold Plate
Buy it from Ebisu Pawn Shop for 100,000 yen (yes, reallly)

Baccarat
Win 4,000 Chips

If you do intend to use the exploit I explain down below to skip the last 4 requests, then you will have to do the Baccarat request twice (once without the cheat items if you used them the first time). So pick your poison...

If you do intend to do the skip, then stop doing what you are doing in the game and IMMEDIATELY do the steps listed in the selection below. Otherwise, continue reading the guide below and skip to the "Up to EX Rank" section once you finish Baccarat.

Oh, ♥♥♥♥ me... Baccarat...

The only rules that really apply are betting on if the player wins, the banker wins or it is a tie. Winning on a bet of the player will payout double your bet. Winning a bet on the banker will payout 1.95x your bet. Winning a bet on a tie will payout 8x your bet.

First off, do not go for the CP while trying to do Haruka's request. Come back for it later and just do Super 6, honestly that will get you the CP much faster.

There are 2 cheat items being the Player's Piece and the Banker's Piece. The Player's Piece is found in locker G2 with its key found beside a pole northeast of the northeastern corner of the block with MEB. The Banker's Piece is found in locker F4 which is found inside the Majhong parlor, just left of the counter. These cheat items will only give you a max of 1,950 chips as you can only get one of each in each playthrough.

For Haruka's request, it is best just trying to win a bet on a tie for that 8x payout. There is no skill here, it is pure dumb luck and nothing more (even more so than some of the other gambling games besides maybe roulette).
SSS Rank Skip
Okay here is the skip for probably some of the harder stuff for Haruka's requests such as 950+ Otometal My Life and Rotation against expert level AI. You must not have done the Baccarat request yet or it won't work. Skipping the last 4 requests also means that you will have to complete Baccarat request twice over, so pick your poison.

Here are the steps below:

  1. Go to the Baccarat table at the casino in purgatory (before fulfilling Haruka's baccarat request)
  2. Make 2 separate saves (one can be used as a backup if you realise just how much Baccarat sucks)
  3. Get the 4,000 chips that Haruka wants (again as stated in the main section for the Baccarat request; it's easiest to just keep betting on a tie and reload if that does not happen to be the result).
  4. DO NOT SAVE JUST YET AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS BELOW EXACTLY
  5. Immediately go out west park and make a clear save at the safe house in the park (one where you always went for a drive with Date from in the story)
  6. Once back at the menu, go into the Premium Adventure option and load from your clear save
  7. Take Haruka with you when leaving New Serena and she will be asking to see you play Baccarat (do not worry, if this trick worked you will have done the request and she will be at the start of SSS rank)
  8. If Haruka is asking to see some Baccarat action, you are in the clear to make a proper save now (and hopefully you did that 2nd save a while back in case you regret playing so much Baccarat)
  9. Do the Baccarat request again (once again; just savescum and bet for the tie)

If done correctly, upon doing the Baccarat request for the second time the gauge will go from empty to full in one go (skipping the last 4 requests Haruka would normally have for you).

Thank you to PSN Profiles[psnprofiles.com] for the exploit who in turn found it on TrueAchievements.

I still went and done the hard challenges regardless for creating this guide and I still consider Baccarat to be the worst request.
Up to EX Rank
Pool/Billiards
Beat an Expert level AI in a game of Rotation

Rather than just copying makoto1863's guide that I used, I will just link you to it:
https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1687417367

Karaoke
Score 950 points in Otometal My Life

You will need to select the "Lively Interjections" difficulty to be able to get enough points. I have played quite a few rhythm games in my gaming career so this never gave me much bother. If you are struggling however, w1nn1p00h found that using the mouse can let you select another (much easier) song that you can play and complete the request. Here is w1nn1p00h's guide below:
https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2174256069

Bowling
Win 3 Split Games

Split games in bowling is kind of like a puzzle game. Pins are arranged in various frames and you have a total of 3 balls to clear as many frames as possible. The CP requires you to win 5 split games (in one go, not cumulative unfortunately).

I have linked a video by Mister NobodyWhatsoever showing how to win every frame.

Batting
Score 1,200 points on the Hard course

The CP requires 1,600 points.

Once again, just use the mouse to aim and left click to swing, it really is much easier than using the controller. Try and aim for the line in-between panels to get a higher score (except for panel 5) and get closer to getting the CP for the double panel knockouts. After the brutality of Expert Rotation, Bowling split games and (for a lot of people) Otometal My Life without the use of w1nn1p00h's guide, this final request is laughably easy. By using the mouse and keyboard for this while going for double panel knockouts, I can easily get well over 2,000 points (hell close to 3,000 if you hit every ball).
Conclusion
And with that you should have EX Rank. And here is a message from Haruka:

Now go and complete the completion list if you haven't already or try finishing the game on legend (good luck on the car chase scene (apparently it's easier with mouse and keyboard), and enjoy taking out your frustration on Lau Ka Long).

Slowly going through all that stuff. Cee-lo tip (in the section "Up to C Rank") might be not the best. The best one is to use the cheat item when you are NOT a banker. Bet 1k and hope that banker wouldn't lose/win instantly, after that wait for your turn, use the item, and do one role that triples payout. So you'll get 1000 * 5 * 3 = 15000
It 100% will leave the banker with 0 balance, so game will end, and you'll complete Haruka request and get CP.

I barely got 3k when I used cheat item as a banker. Maybe I was just unlucky.
