Overhaul Mod meant set in the summer of 1940 featuring 12 new divisions and over 200 new units from the Battle of France along with several gameplay changes.

Experience Rework:
-Experience is now fixed in the division designer, and represents the combat experience of the division
-Infantry units now have a training stat to represent the level of training of the unit
-Leaders now give a flat bonus instead of a experience level
-Units can gain experience in battle

General Changes:
-SMGs ranges standardised to 200m and accuracies adjusted
-Artillery leaders no longer give bonuses but instead give the radio trait to nearby artillery units allowing them to use corrected shot
-Commanders now provide a small bonus in a large radius instead of increasing the bonus of officer units
-Large recon teams (8+ men) now effect the front line
-Unit availability curves are much more standardised
-Rebalance of tank HP values
-Supply trucks can now repair the HP of tanks and armoured vehicles
