Within the forums there is a designated section to report problems where you can exchange information with fellow players and eventually get help with your issue.

When you are asked for additional information, you are mainly asked for the DxDiag and a screenshot of your game's folder, the pdlc folder and your task manager's performance tab.

Finding your game's folder is easy ~
right click on the entry in the library -> Manage -> Browse Local files

Make sure the files attributes time of changes and filesizes are clearly visible.
