This reserve is split across three distinct areas;

• Nokkenjoen - The Western most area of the reserve, boasting the largest of three great lakes, Mountain scapes to the north and more desolate and barren terrain to the south with a higher spread of smaller waterbodies.
  
  
• Huldraskogen - The Centre area of the reserve, a great well rounded area for large and smaller lake fishing, with plenty of mountain ranges and countryside to explore in.
  
  
• Fossegrimfjorden - The Eastern most area of the reserve, surrounded on all sides by snowy peaks and the area favoured in the reserve by trolls. Plenty of surprises here to find.

Achievement: Trollsporet Tale Teller



This Achievement is unlocked by achieving 1000 Total Reputation Score across the Trollsporet Reserve. Reputation is unlocked by completing Main Missions and Challenges.

This first mission "Find the Rod" can be found by picking up a poster on the Laksavaer Outpost Noticeboard.

Upon Completion, you will be rewarded with:

[25] Reputation, 150 XP, 100 Credits, The Unique Rod "Stallo"

Note: If you do not have room for another rod in your equipment, it will be moved straight to your storage upon collection in "Step 05 - Use the Key", you will be required to take it out before proceeding with "Step 06 - Bring The Rod To The Warden".


Once you return to the warden, you will be asked to complete the last step of the mission, "Use the Stallo to Catch a Fish". Simply use this new rod to catch any fish on the reserve and the mission will complete!

This Second Mission "Find the Reel" can be started upon completion of the first mission "Find The Rod".

Upon Completion, you will be rewarded with:

[25] Reputation, 150 XP, 100 Credits, The Unique Reel "Hund"

Note: If you do not have room for another reel in your equipment, it will be moved straight to your storage upon collection in "Step 05", you will be required to take it out before proceeding with "Step 07 - Use the Stallo and Hund to Catch a Fish".

01 - Listen to the Warden

Talk to the warden at Glacial National Park Outpost and she will give you a clue to start the scavenger hunt for the reel.


06 - Bring the Reel to the Shopkeeper

Talk the shopkeeper back at the Laksavaer Outpost and he will cleanup your Reel.

07 - Use the Stallo and Hund to Catch a Fish

From here, you will be asked to complete the last step of the mission. Simply use the new rod "Stallo" and the new reel "Hund" together to catch any fish on the reserve and the mission will complete!

This Third Mission "Find the Lure" can be started upon completion of the second mission "Find The Reel".

Upon Completion, you will be rewarded with:

Note: If you do not have room for another lure in your equipment, it will be moved straight to your storage upon collection in "Step 02 - Read the Riddle and Find the Lure", you will be required to take it out before proceeding with "Step 04 - Use the Stallo, Hund and Floyte to Catch a Fish".

01 - Listen to the Warden

Talk to the warden at Glacial National Park Outpost and she will give you a riddle to start the cache hunt for the Lure.


03 - Bring the Lure to the Shopkeeper

Talk the shopkeeper back at the Laksavaer Outpost and he will clean up your Lure.

04 - Use the Stallo, Hund and Floyte to Catch a Fish

From here, you will be asked to complete the last step of the mission. Simply use the new rod "Stallo", the new reel "Hund" and the new lure "Floyte" together to catch any fish on the reserve and the mission will complete!

This Fourth and Final Mission "The Final Test" can be started upon completion of the third mission "Find The Lure".




Upon Completion, you will be rewarded with:

[25] Reputation, 300 XP, 300 Credits

01 - Talk To the Shopkeeper

Talk to the Shopkeeper at the Laksavaer Outpost to start the Final Test.

02 - Use the Stallo, Hund and Floyte to Catch a Gold Northern Pike

From here, you will be asked to complete the last step of the mission. Simply use the new rod "Stallo", the new reel "Hund" and the new lure "Floyte" together to catch a gold rank northern pike at the specified location on the reserve and the mission will complete!

Note : I Recommend using atleast a 10.00 KG Braided Line

This Achievement is unlocked by completing all of the 18 Cache Challenges and 6 Scavenger Hunt Challenges spread across the 3 Outposts. You can find these challenges at the Outpost Noticeboards.

Achievement: Fish upon a Star



This Achievement is unlocked by completing all of the 36 Fishing Challenges spread across the 3 Outposts. You can find these challenges at the Outpost Noticeboards.

For each challenge, you need to find the location given in the challenge picture and then catch the required rank fish at that location. How you choose to catch it, in terms of gear chosen, is up to you.

Note: Below I have outlined each challenge given at each outpost and the tackle I used to catch it. Other tackle may work, but I tried to prioritise using Float Fishing for more of a challenge as I conventionally do more Lure Fishing. Do what your most comfortable with. Furthermore, I recommend using the handbook to see preferred Bait and Lure Preferences and checking the traits to ensure you don't get caught out by Fish who prefer the Night / Bottom Feeding.
