Same problem here happen almost every single game i turn all overlay off, setting all a low and update everything. Having a 3080ti btw. Dogshit game just like the devs

Disable discord overlay, or steam overlay, or nvidia overlay.....it works for me !

or yeah just select allow verify game files

check cache stuff that might fix
