Dead Ringer [ Fixed ] V1

this is for SandBox

IMPORTANT: TF2 IS REQUIRED TO BE MOUNTED TO THE GAME

The old mod had many problems such as lua errors and the inability to spawn it in sandbox

for some reason in the lua file for the weapon a line of code SWEP.Spawnable = false
so i set it to true now you can spawn and use it.
after that, i deleted 2 lies of code that were unnecessary and where causing Lua errors.

anyways this is the real fixed version of the dead ringer addon for Sandbox

The weapon can be found under the dead ringer catagory
also I reduced the time for recharge slighty

How to use press m1 to prep the dead ringer press m2 to disable the dead ringer, you must take phsyical Damage for it to work so if you are
useing smth like Draconic base energy shields your shield must completey drain and then you have to take physical damage for it to activate.
Also it can be used when you have different weapons out

Note: not sure why the orignal creator decided not to fix this addon as is the addon work properly the only real problem was the Inability
to spawn the dang thing, the lua errors where not that big of a problem and where just unnecessary lines of code that created more of an
annoyance than a issue, and even if I had left them in I dont thing it would have been a major problem
but i knew people would get mad about it so i just fixed it anyways.
