If Pee-Wee hasn't shown up anywhere, I'm willing to bet it's a StageAPI issue.

@Ronysu we understand that she may not be as hard as other modded TBOI bosses, particularly alt floor ones, but in the context of the vanilla game a lot of the team is happy with her difficulty as-is. This may change in the future, but I don't see a reason to buff her.
