I got no issues on GTX1070 with latest driver. Not sure what performance impact it has on other games, I don't think it will be much, especially on older cards that weren't designed with turning it on in mind. But you can always turn it back on too after you are done with Uncharted.
windows settings > gaming > game mode > graphics > change default graphics settings > hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling: OFF

All the other Sony titles work fine for me. Spider-Man runs like a dream and never crashes. Days Gone and Horizon: Zero Dawn also never crashed for me.
