Flag Madness

- This is a WIP -

Flag Madness was something I was doing for myself as I think the game can use more realistic-esque flags. Some of the nations are using modern state/city/county flags that don't fit the period (like Ulm, Novgorad, and many others). However, other flags are historically correct, like the Teutons oddly enough. So I spend my time looking for flags to add to this mod. Enjoy, I suppose.
