I did this with sneaky rogue with guerilla trait and a good bow , i dont know if you can manage with another class.

scene; battle with evelyn ,
enemies; evelyn , charred-bone knight , 1 demon , 2 rams, 1 mage (demon rams and mage are killed)

it is easy just dont kill charred-bone knight who summons charred-bone archer every 2 rounds,

get your sneaky archer like I did on screenshot, sneak , attack archer , kill archer, then back to sneak and skip 2 turns , let other skeleton summon archer again and do same routine. 900xp per kill. meh.
