Ingredients
We will make pancakes with yogurt, so first we will prepare everything you need
Yogurt can be with pieces of nuts and dried fruits
  • Flour - 60 g
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - ¹⁄₄ teaspoons
  • Sugar -2 teaspoons
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Yogurt - 150 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon

Cooking
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.



  2. In another bowl, mix eggs and yogurt.



  3. Pour the flour mass into the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.



  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with oil.



  5. Fry the pancakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are browned.


That's all you need. Add syrup / honey / fruit as desired and Bon Appetit
The main thing is not to do this in the red and black zones, otherwise you will only feel the taste of lost things
