First step is to go in the settings and change the following:

-Resolution: 640x480
-Frame rate: 30fps
-Fullscreen off
-No audio
-Shadow quality: Low (This doesn't have much impact, it just adds more to the bluriness)
-Damage numbers off
-Do not turn on Lock mouse to window. (For the most hardcore experience, have a window in the background)

After you're done with the settings, continue with:

-Squads: No fill













-Press f1 after your game loads. (It turns off the UI)










After all that, your game will most likely look like this:

I originally wanted to make it even harder, but then i realized that's just simply unfair, so we'll just stick with low-res, low-fps, solo squads lol.
(If you were wondering what my original idea was, i wanted to see how it would go without any items at all lmao, there's no way. You'd have to be really lucky or play late at night when there's only bots.)

These are additional rules in case 640x480 30fps isn't annoying enough for you:

-Play on another region
-No power-ups
-No mole or caches (The red crates)
-No hamster balls or emus
-Not allowed to wait close to skunk gas ring (At the edge of the Circle of life)
-No sitting emote (To hide)
-Additionally, no green colors to blend in. Use bright, distinct colors and big cosmetics.

There's no way you'll get a win like this anyway, so don't bother. Unless you're that bored, of course.

UPDATE:
Here is an additional rule set to add to your most hardcore experience:
PC Settings:
-Use the lowest monitor resolution you have.
-60hz refresh rate. (Or lower if you can)
-Use a controller/keyboard: Controller, if you can and are a keyboard player and vice versa. Keyboard if controller player.
-Do pacifist.
-On top of that, try also using no items whatsoever. (No guns, juice, tape, nades etc.)
