In order to master the basics of walking you must first master the basics of looking. In order to look around you must use your eyes to change your perspective without moving your head. When you do this it is factually faster and more efficient than moving your head because moving your head has a small chance of snapping your neck.

Now that you know the most efficient way to look around you must figure out how to press some buttons on your keyboard ( Not your mouse this is just for walking ). You use the looking tactic mentioned before to look down at your keyboard. After you complete that near impossible task, you must move your hands to a position where you feel comfortable pressing some buttons. You use your fingers to push the buttons down. Now you are fully prepared for the final step.

Now that you know how to look and press buttons you can finally learn how to walk. You have to position your fingers to a place where they can press the "W" key and press it. When you press it, your character moves.
