Update 1.1: Located on the back fence area of property 706. now moved to the side of a woodpile.

Legacy info Pre 1.1: Located on the back fence area of property 706. On the outside of the fenceline.

Here's Johnny

Located on the back of the door of room 217 in Hotel Doubledoor.

They Are Alive

Located on the front teller counter of Roba Bank. Can be reached in the day without having to trespass.

Like Tears in the Rain

Located in property 404, in a side room of the 2f stairway. Either break in from the convenience store or from the roof.

It can't be Bargained With

Located in Warehouse 504, inside the small office room, shut the door behind you to find it.

@xTizix² after a point in story mode, or immediately in sandbox. The pawnshop will sell you a camera. Take pictures with that.

Got the job done thanks to good game news.
I didn't know much about sunglasses, but the glasses on the table were the answer.

Warehouse 504. Enter from the right side and check the office in front of you as you walk in.
You might find what you're missing on some boxes. ;)
