That's good - palo santo is incredible, in aroma it develos and how it increase teaste of the brew.

@Radio1977 well spotted :) These days I'm using a smaller palo santo which I find a much better fit, and developed a taste for both Paraguay and Argentinian brews.

I see that you might be using Mate Green - which is produced in Brasil, a different way of preparing and drinking mate. You're familiar with Kurupi, the best mate brand, from Paraguay where all of that was started?

That's curious - you're always filling matero that high instead of keeping it 1/3, maybe 2/3?
