Africans, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans have a Simpsons look, while Celtics, Easterns and Germanics are part of the ancient Oompa Loompas...

I have not tested in conjunction with other reskins, but it´s very likely to be compatible to a high degree if you place it above the other mods in the Mod Manager.
