Intro
This is just like every other looping guide out there but my take on it. I'm here to take you from a baby meg taking a cheeky wank in the corner to a pub stomping double locker saving pro. This guide is also to show you the fun side of dbd instead of crouching in a corner crying to yourself.

Basics of Looping
Before we turn you into a pro we gotta go over a few crucial things about looping.

Tight Looping

When looping the killer you need to hug the structure you are running as close as you can. I mean your ass right on it leaving no openings. Not doing so well result in the killer being able to catch up to you faster, decreasing your chase time and f*cking you in the ass. (unless you're into that)

50/50's

In every chase there is a crucial moment where a 50/50 happens, pretty much a coin flip with the killer. Either the killer will double back or w key forward, and you have 2 options which are to fake it or commit. This is represented by a really bad mspaint drawing below.

Green = window
Purple = survivor
Red = killer
Arrows = the direction the killer/survivor could go

Vaults

There are 3 different vaults. A fast vault, medium vault, slow vault. Fast vaults are the most optimal vault because there is less time the killer can hit you through the window, medium vaults give the killer a better chance of hitting you through a window because of how bad hit-boxes are, and slow vaults are mostly used to hide the fact that you vaulted, pretty much snapping there ankles mentally. You as a survivor should aim to get fast vaults on windows you can while in chase.

PS: You can only vault a window 3 times while in chase before it is blocked off.
How to Loop Structures 101
The basic looping of all the generic tiles you see in every map and how to loop them optimally.

Green = optimal path
Light Green = secondary followup path/less optimal

T + L

T and L has a lot of 50/50's if the killer knows how to loop it correctly. But if looped the right way by you, you can juice the killer for all the window vaults.

Jungle Gym (variation 1)

A really safe loop for survivor because of the pallet and window placement if looped properly. This loop can buy a lot of time in chases for those m1ing megs who need it.

Jungle Gym Long Wall (variation 2)

Another really safe loop for survivors to buy time with if looped properly.

The Mighty Shack

One of the safest loops in the game because of it's god pallet and window placement that you can easily loop the killer here for a min with just the window. Just be careful with killers double backing at the doorway. Also try to avoid using this pallet unless you absolutely need it.

Overview
This is just a basic guide to show you how to loop generic tiles and the basics of looping. As you can see this is very beginner stuff but I do plan on adding more advanced stuff whenever I find free time, so be on the lookout for that. Now that you are a pro go show those baby megs and baby trappers how it's done.
