Big, poofy hair

Changes a few characters to have giant hair, ultimate goal is to change everyone that has hair.
Mostly uploading here for motivation to finish this.

- Certain characters will be incompatible with mods that change either their "character_0xx" file or the same character's hair file.
- Azazel will be commonly overwritten by over mods, e.g. "missing costumes mod" changes the "character_008_azazelhead" file and will overwrite Azazel's new hair.
-Doesn't work with my other hair mods as Bethany and Jacob Esau get new hair here.

Let me know if there's anything problems you encounter. I think I've fixed most problems but it's easy to miss.
