Really would like one that makes the building and tech slower but doesn't modify the costs.

Or maybe there already one and I missed it. Or I might check it if it isn't too complex to edit it myself.

@Robelt Pretty certain this is intended to complement the 12 turn per year submod. I was just thinking an increase in build time and research was needed since you cycle through so many turns per year. Why be so belligerent, it is a submod after all and nobody is forcing you to put it on.

Useless. Now to build somethink you need 12 turns not 6 and etc. Nice, great job. Where is submod to reduce time for building? I dont want to wait 6 turns until smth on 1st lvl will be completed, how many time we need to build smt cool and expencive? 30? Why? For enemy who destroy it and you need to start again? What are you thinked about? In coop its ABSOLUTE USELESS. TOO SLOW AND NOT COMFORTABLE. That what i said

Tech time is not working with latest DEI 1.3.1
Tech times are actually lowered with this mod and latest DEI
