The Walking Dead Definitive Edition Graphics Modding Guide (Updated)

Possibility of working with other seasons with "Optional Mod"

Now before beginning this guide you will need these files:
Graphics Black Disabler [www.nexusmods.com]
No Outlines Mod [www.nexusmods.com]
My Personal Reshade Preset (2 Versions Check Screenshots at bottom of guide)[drive.google.com]
Telltale Mod Manager [github.com] No Longer Working

Step 1 - Installing Mods

The Telltale Mod manager recently stopped working so installing them manually is the only way. Start by opening the mod you have downloaded and open the archive folder if its included in the file and paste the .lua or .TTARCH2 files in here
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead The Telltale Definitive Series\Archives (example of where to put it)

Step 2 - Reshade

This step is pretty easy and installation is done after this step, download the provided link for reshade and click download all and install accordingly, put all of the files in the game directory, this step is important, include the reshade.ini and the reshadepreset.ini as well as reshade-shaders here is an example of what folder to put it in: C:\steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead The Telltale
Definitive Series.

Step 3 - Enjoy

Everything should now be installed correctly, if any problems occur with it please feel free to message me to see if we can both resolve it. IMO this makes the game look nothing like the original and makes the game a lot more vibrant and less comicy, feel free to edit the preset but i advise caution to not do that unless you are experienced with reshade.

Optional Mod (Kinda works but in seasons 1&2 black lines are baked in the textures)

Previous Seasons No Outlines Mod [www.nexusmods.com]

Side Note: The reshade preset also works on the previous seasons, just without the no black lines mod.

might be an issue with your browser or google account mine downloads fine
try another browser
and make sure you right click the file then download and it should work

What should i do if Google Drive says that error has occured when downloading the files for reshade?

New Version Updated. More realistic look to it now with improved lighting visuals and dynamic blur to certain backgrounds, looks best in conversation and also a more sharpened look to the characters to give them more depth. feel free to message me if there is any visual bugs with it and ill fix it or if your unhappy with a certain setting and ill change it

I was just playing man, I came across this again after checking the guides randomly, I thought it would be funny if I made a comment after a year. Thanks for being a good sport about it, I really don't hate, just joking around.
