[ArcCW] CS+ Extras some weapons (without attachments)

There's no attachments, so you can install this
I also slightly changed the characteristics of weapons and trivia, but it's unnoticeable

This mod including some weapons from CS+ Extras:
-Model 627 (Revolver)
-Model 1873 (Winchester)
-AWM Obrez
-Scout Obrez
-VPO-136 (AK-47 but civilian)
-Pradit 1911 (Colt 1911 but..)
