Check other guides just in case. This is more of a dumb and desperate last choice if everything else fails.

check where origin is installed under by using "%ProgramData%/Origin" on the run app

if its installed in a different drive to your steam library then uninstall and reinstall it in the same drive.

just in case also clear the origin cache and restart your comp.

Tl dr:
Make sure that your steam library and you origin are installed in the same drive.
