Only I can say, that you can't do that stuff in vanilla. But if radio translates video and another one is getting that video, only then you can block it with another video and a transmitter. I'm sorry, that I can't help you

is there a way you could make something that jamms lua tvs like a jet with a lua radar so they cant see you? or something that jamms radars?

This thing is very deadly against radio scanners, it absolutely breaks them, how do I know? I may have spawned a boat load of jammers that can scan for radios, including my own, one RC, and this thing. Most of the jammers broke, except for the pods and my own, since they dont go back and verify the channels and go into an endless loop, also there was an RC car? It must have ran away, I was wondering what that explosion in the distance was.

I'm sorry, but I do not know how to do radar jammer, just radio jamming. Also I know about devices that can jam audio and video.

is there a device where you can jam a radar in stormworks? i know of the radar detector but i want something a bit more dangerous.
