In Chinatown jump on the ATM then on Yoshi sign then jump up towards the cage and get inside the cage there should be an opening.

In China town jump out of bound and find the radioactive Funky Pop.

Go to Chinatown and walk towards the strip club, once you are at the strip club door walk right all the way down there should be green garage with a window on top of it with the lights on. The fed lives there and you'll see her at the door step chilling. (RNG based so go to china town every night until she shows up)

Push the button if you got the Coomers Delight DLC for something special.
