A vmanip flash grenade that doesn't require arccw

How to use, bind a key to +quickFlashnade, ex "bind j +quickFlashnade"
Uses normal grenade as ammo

Features:
-Uses the Zarya flash grenade from EFT
-Uses EFT sounds
-Compatible with vmanip quick grenade model replacements such as the RGD-5, F-1, or M67

It has been forever since I have done anything garrys mod related, but if I remember correctly, its suppose to use the amount of grenades you have on yourself and an ammo source.
