That's awesome!

Based on how difficult it is for me to find this item with a Very Rare classification, but also after reviewing the comments below about how powerful this was with a lower rarity...
I would really say this needs an easier way to appear. While Making it a Rare was apparently too powerful as a 0 Coin Symbol, maybe having it as a default -2 would work more? Or keep the Rarity as Very Rare, but instead add something like an Essence or Item that can result in the player getting a Cog Symbol added into their Symbols. Like "After using 5 Buffing Capsules destroy this Essence. When destroyed, add one Cog."

I think it would be enough to give 0 coins and be super rare. Its like a permanent buffing capsule
